Ambara Suites

The location of this Ambara Suites is excellent. 9 km from airport, 2 km from lulu mall, 7 km from padmanabhaswamy temple, 500 m from kms etc. Also, there are lots of restaurants nearby this Ambara Suites ( kfc, dindugal thalapakkatti, imperial kitchen etc. The Ambara Suites is well maintained. We booked a king suite ac. This room has one bedroom, separate hall with sofa set and tv unit and a small kitchen with necessary items. The restroom is neat and clean. The room is a bit old and has a transitional look(combination of classic and contemporary interior design. But very neat and clean. Room service is average. No mat was provided outside the bathroom door. There were some leakages from the kitchen washbasin. Also leftovers of food were found from the minibar. Only one dental kit was provided for 2 guests. This might be due to the poor room service. All the staff are friendly. My overall rating is 4 stars. The rate for weekend is bit but high. But for weekdays the room rate is very less. I stayed here for a day, checking in at 7:30pm and checking out at 1:00pm (they obliged me with a late checkout, 1pm instead of 11am. Check-in was a smooth process, took them under 5min, there was no offer of a bellboy to carry my luggage up to the room, but that to me was no trouble, my room was just a flight upstairs and 6ft from the landing, and all i had was a single suitcase. The room was surprisingly big. An anteroom with a couple of fancy sofas, a sink and kettle with coffee, tea and milk powder packets (though they forgot a spoon, rectified however with a call to housekeeping. The bedroom beyond it was satisfactory in size. The bathroom and toilet were spotless and the fixtures excellent. There was all the relevant toiletries in their expected places. They however did not have a closed waste paper basket anywhere in the room. I had lunch in the restaurant on the afternoon of the checkout. I decided on authentic kerala dishes, they were excellent. Overall, i would rate the Ambara Suites at 4. 3 stars and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Hotel ambar suites provides an excellent stay those who are looking for rooms around trivandrum international airport and medical college trivandrum. The rooms are clean neat and good-looking one. The service from staff also appreciable. There is a fast and tasty food providing room service is available. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. Hotel ambar suites is a highly recommended Ambara Suites those who are looking for an amazing stay in the heart of trivandrum city.

The Ambara Suites is close to both the temples that we wanted to visit. Not very close but can take an auto ( rs 150-200. Sri padmanabham swamy temple and aatukal bhagavathi temple. Good staff to take care of your needs. The queen suite was quite spacious. They clean the room only on re quest. Can probably change this. They have a small roof top restaurant to chill. Nice place. Overall enjoyed the stay here.

Courteous staffs(majority) good attitude with guests makes us no interest to express concerns like absence of mini fridge for 2 nights. Room is not very spacious, however the product quality is very good. Curtains were well maintained, items used in the bathroom was of good brands. Some staffs were really good with communication & soft skills. Had an awesome stay anyways.

Our purpose was to stay near Airport on our return trip of Kerala. Location is close by. Hotel food is good as we had good choice in menu. Rooms were clean room appeared small as it was also with additional furniture like two single sweater sofa coffee table and writing desk and another chair may be ideal for business traveler. Overall good experience. Staff courteous.

Property location is far from city but not soo far. We can take a cab and go from railway station or Airport. It is near from both places. Amenitues are good. Food is not excellent but morning Breakfast we can have Uttappam, roti, curry, omlette, bread, samosa, fruits, tea, coffee, milk. I felt more items can be served like idlii, dosa, upma. Service is good.

Check in and out were smooth and fast. Room was neatly furnished and comfortable. I felt the furniture provided are a little too many. I am sorry to say that the complementary breakfast was the most terrible in my entire stays put together. Too less items and served cold. May be guests are too less as the Ambara Suites is away from all the happening places

A good place to stay with clean and neat rooms. When it comes to food and servicing its outstanding, i would say food quality is a class and finally when it comes to hospitality its up to the mark. Crew are very caring and suplortive. A must stay place wen u plan for trivandrum trip.

The stay was good. We three of us stayed, but they did not provide 3 toletiries. Thankfully, there were 2 towels. when I booked the Ambara Suites, I learned that there is a complimentary early check-in, but it was being refused and paid Rs. 2000 extra. since it was the need of the time I paid. The location is closer to the airport. I liked it.

Location and ambiance is great even though its in city. Staff behavoir was great from front office to room boy. Prompt and proper communication

All the arrangements were good enough. Get very peaceful stay there. Room service also excellent. In future also we will select ambara suits if required.
