Ambassador Ajanta Hotel

Our recent stay at Ambassador Ajanta, Aurangabad was a truly wonderful experience. The property is vast and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect combination of heritage charm and modern comfort. The entrance lobby is grand and inviting, complemented by elegant fountains that enhance the ambiance. A special highlight is the vintage Dakota aircraft displayed at the entrance — a unique and impressive attraction that adds great character to the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel. It would be lovely to see it further restored and preserved, as it’s such a distinctive part of the property. The spacious lawns and the jogging track (nearly half a kilometer long) at the back of the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel are standout features — a rare find within city limits. The pool area and overall cleanliness are excellent, and the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel looks especially beautiful when illuminated at night. The restaurant serves delicious food with prompt and courteous service. We also celebrated our son’s 10th birthday here, and the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special — from surprise balloon decorations to a wonderful cake. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality made the celebration truly memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality extended by the entire team. We would definitely love to revisit and highly recommend Ambassador Ajanta to anyone visiting Aurangabad.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ambassador Ajanta and had a wonderful experience. The property is truly impressive — spacious, beautifully maintained lawns, peaceful ambience and a classic heritage charm. The location is very convenient for airport access as well as sightseeing around Aurangabad / Ajanta–Ellora. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Check-in was smooth and the service throughout the stay was prompt and polite. The room was large, comfortable and well kept. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured everything was clean and neat. The breakfast spread was good and satisfying, with decent variety. The pool and other amenities give a resort-like feel. Overall it is a great combination of comfort, hospitality and value. A perfect place for family or leisure stays — I would definitely recommend Hotel Ambassador Ajanta and would love to visit again.

The moment I checked into Ambassador Ajanta Hotel, it immediately felt like a peaceful escape amid the 13 acres of lush greenery. To my delight, they upgraded me from an executive room to a spacious suite, complete with a separate living area, a plush king-sized bed, and a balcony overlooking the gardens - perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The Ambassador Ajanta Hotel offers a solid breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, hot dosas, and strong filter coffee, included in the room rate, which set a great tone for the day. At less than ₹7,000 originally, the upgrade made this stay even more worthwhile, and I’ll definitely return for its quiet charm and attentive staff.

We had a memorable stay at Ambassador Ajanta. They have a huge lush green property right in city with amenities like Swimming pool, sports club, Spa and resturant. Rooms are large and well maintained despite being a slightly older Ambassador Ajanta Hotel. To our pleasent surprise, they upgraded executive room to suite. Breakfast buffet spread was very nice. Staff is coordial and welcoming. In room dining needs slight improvement in taste and options. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We had a beautiful stay in Ambassador Ajanta, the property is located in a good location, easily accessible. rooms are neat and clean, good amenities, great food, and humble staff. the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel hosts a travel desk as well which is very convenient to plan the site seeing around.

We travelled in Oct 2025 month and had booked Executive room. Breakfast had lot of options. Room service was very good. We were given guided tour of property by Aisha and Sandesh. It was very informative and good. Overall it was very good experience.

Overall, Ajanta Ambassador is a great place to stay in Chatrapati Sambhajinagar. Food is v good, rooms are done well but there can be some improvement but I'll recommend it as an excellent Ambassador Ajanta Hotel.

Every thing was good except the old Bathroom design with Bath tub, need to convert those into new system with proper shower arrangement.. also no proper arrangement of Exhaust in the bathroom

Amazingly large property. Beautiful gardens. Very clean. Large rooms. Somewhat uneven amenities in rooms. Very friendly staff. Good food ( a bit costly). Ellora caves are 33 km away from Ambassador Ajanta Hotel.

The Ambassador Ajanta Ambassador Ajanta Hotel boasts a sparkling 8.5m-deep pool, modern gym, tasty buffet food, and lush gardens for relaxation. The food was really good and delicious i loved pan cake and waffles.

Very courteous and helpful staff, food is very good; very good spa services and recreational area is also very clean .. overall had a great time
