Ambassador Ajanta Hotel

We were a family of three adults travelling in June 2024 for 3 nights for an executive room with breakfast. The Hotel is well located in the city with proximity to Ellora caves. On arriving at the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel, we found it to be impressive, the staff on check-in were amazing and put a tilak on our foreheads and offered welcome drink. Riiaka, ushered us with a warm smile and genially used to ask how we spent the day. The beds though old and creaky were comfortable. We found the food excellent and taste suiting our palate, especially chicken tikka. If you are not fond of jaggery tea (Aurangabad tea stalls serve only that), then you would appreciate the tea at the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel. The swimming pool at the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel was welcoming, though we did not use it. However, we did make use of the sports planet area and found it good. Though they could repair the flooring of the badminton court. Some disappointments that stopped me from giving the highest ratings: 1. We asked for Bacardi breezer and caramel custard on all 3 days that they were not available. No effort was made to make them available the next day with both being easily available outside. 2. We were unable to set the AC temperature in the room as per our comfort. The thermostat control did not work. The technician said that because it is centrally air-conditioned, this is how it would work. 3. The keypad on the safe did not work and on the last day they provided another safe. Too little too late, I would say. Overall, we had a great holiday and would like to return. I hope the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel management takes appropriate corrective steps to provide prompt solutions to nagging things and help making the stay an amazing stay.

If you wish to experience superlative hospitality; you must visit ajanta ambassador aurangabad once in your life. We spent 4 nights there during oct 2023 and had acquaintance with some amazing people, cozy ambiance, absolute privacy and lip smacking local delicacies. Thank you to the entire staff of ajanta ambassador for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to mr. Kaduba yadav from their restaurant team. This amazing person is a resource to this Ambassador Ajanta Hotel. He kept my special request and experienced the taste of "puran poli" an authentic maharashtrian delicacy. The room was specious and cozy. The bathroom was clean and with all the required amenities. Lots of options were there for breakfast. The spa of this Ambassador Ajanta Hotel is a must try. It was a very relaxing experience. Their gym is well equipped. The property is huge and well decorated with big lawns, swimming pool, kids play area, parking facilities ect. Excellent location with a huge area for parking. Lots of greenery around. Kind of heritage property. Room which we got is quite old fashioned with outdated interiors. Though its worth mentioning that room was very clean with a great working climate control system. But, we were really let down by the dining experience. I would rate it very average. They really need to work on this area. The staff needs to be trained and polished. Need to improve the menu. Actually all the staff needs proper training and need to learn basic etiquettes. Please hire good chefs. If all these improvements are done it would become on of the best properties in the city.

Very good property in the heart of the city with lush green lawns, trees, fruit bearing trees and a lovely swimming pool the staff was very courteous and helpful. Not to miss, this was my first visit to aurangabad & ambassador ajanta Ambassador Ajanta Hotel and requested the saff to make it memorable, and they homered my request. I think the place is grand but they have not spent anything to upgrade it. It is well located on the outskirts and the facilities are very good. The rooms are clean and functional. It can be a very good Ambassador Ajanta Hotel it they invest in its upgradation. The management is a bit casual. Perhaps their employees have been around too long to not notice issues.

Stayed for 4 nights staff at reception, house keeping, security etc were very decent, well mannered, cooperative. Specially would like to thank mr mohseen(hope i speelt it correctly) from the security. He was very helpful in getting me back to the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel during the unfortunate l pg gas leak of 1st feb'24 near our Ambassador Ajanta Hotel.

Though the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel is old property but its the best example of well maintained rooms and clean bathrooms, best food offered and great room service. We travel-led with an infant and the Ambassador Ajanta Hotel met our demands for his food and care for free, the whole staff were very friendly and caring, best experience in such a price

Close to airport. Very conveniently located. We had a pleasant stay. The restaurant and bar are good. Variety of food and drinks menu. Very helpful staff. They can guide you for all your needs. Has a travel desk as well. The lawn, walking jogging track, swimming pool are good as well.

Excellent ambience with decent food. Nice gardens with mango, coconut, papaya and rose trees for a walk. Good jogging track with fitness center.

For the price this is the best Ambassador Ajanta Hotel you can have in whole of aurangabad. A bit older property but quite maintained.

Over all good experience. It’s under 5 star category but not up to mark. I booked executive room but got to know at the property that deluxe and executive are same then why paying extra for executive and not deluxe. Breakfast and dinner options are not great but ok. Hospitality is good. All the staff are nice and welcoming. Locality is good.
