The staff were very warm, very welcoming, very service oriented. Pretty much the best I have seen in terms of making you feel welcome.

No hot water on chilly Delhi mornings, and the issue did not resolve during our stay. There was also a poor response from the duty managers.

While the location is great, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Despite multiple reminders, the issue remained unresolved over three nights, and the duty managers did not address the complaints effectively.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ambassador in New Delhi and had a wonderful experience. The property is very neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Hygiene standards are excellent, and I felt very well taken care of throughout. The food was absolutely delicious, with great variety and taste, and added to the overall experience. The staff deserve a special mention they were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend Hotel Ambassador to anyone visiting Delhi.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite online booking confirmation, I faced issues with room allocation. The room assigned was different from what I requested, located at an extreme corner with noisy place.I had specifically asked for a lower floor room, which wasn't accommodated. The breakfast quality also didn't match the room tariff. I hope you'll look into this matter and improve ur service.

I had the worst experience here, the carpet of the room was very dirty full of stains, bathroom was not very clean and not giving a feeling of 5 star. I booked thinking this is an IHCL Pl property and paid . The breakfast was pathetic. people begging to pay good rating and comment irrespective of the service provided. will never stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.

5 star property without buffet, smaller rooms, no sauna, no steam bath, very small gym..and they charge a bomb. I paid 20k per night for this property. They say that they have constraints as it a heritage property. Better hotels are available for half the price

Property is not worth the price tag. In the same price you can stay at better properties such as Lalit, radisson, Le meridian etc. property is old and run down. Location is god though

My two-night stay at The Ambassador in Delhi was truly fantastic. It's one of the most honest hotels I've experienced, where what they depict is exactly what you get. The rooms were incredibly soft and cozy, and the housekeeping was prompt and efficient. The food was lovely, and I'd like to give a special mention to Apurva and Uma Preeti for their exceptional service. In fact, the entire team, from the front end to the back end, showcased excellent teamwork and hospitality. Overall, it's a simple yet honest hotel that exceeded my expectations.

Location of the hotel is very good, close to the metro station and to all government offices, breakfast is very good and the room is very spacious

The stay was good because of the MMT support and the staff of the hotel as the hotel itself was not very pleasing and the initial room allotted was having a dampness smell and the price did not justify the properties upkeep

To start with as I have stayed a few times, your nstaff upgraded me to a higher category room Thank you. I needed to get in a swim so they arranged a car to drop me to the Taj Mahal. On the return while waiting for the car the The Taj Mahal treated me to a cofee.

Ambience is great, staff is polite, food is awesome
