Hotel Ambience

Hotel is very nicely located as a part of the railway station, staff is very polite and trained. Although, room was good neat and clean but the room which are facing towards the road, are better and the room facing towards the station are kind of suffocated with some smell. As I saw both of them before check-in and decided to take the room towards the road. The room is equipped with everything but you have to ask for everything like, hot water was not provided until I informed to housekeeping likewise there was no tea kettle provided in the room when I ask for it in morning they provided it. Same way, only one towel was there in the bathroom when we asked for it they provided the towels. There was no buffet breakfast as one informed at the time of check-in but they provided us with breakfast from 3 to 4 items on order. Food quality was good. All together it was value for money but Hotel Ambience should make sure that whatever amenities they are promising in the booking voucher should be there without asking.

The Hotel Ambience is very good, near railway station. Mainly we feel good when we enter the rooms. However, when we enter the washroom we feel that we have entered very low quality Hotel Ambience. The washrooms are so dirty that we cannot imagine that we are staying in this Hotel Ambience. The taps are not working, holders of jets have been broken, the showers in bathrooms have rusted. Very ordinary taps have been fitted. I request sincerely to renovate all the washrooms of the Hotel Ambiences. Except the washrooms, we can give 95 marks, but when the washrooms are taken together the total comes to 35. (eligible for pass the exam) kindly consider the review. Mainly this is not my opinion only, but when i discussed this issue with the other guests, they have also the same opinion (or even worst.

Ambiance is a good Hotel Ambience. Booking through MMT made it easier and hassle free. The reception personnel were cooperative. The room given to me was good. Hotel staff is bit too busy.. Need to remind them a few times to get things done. Morning breakfast was included in the booking package. The breakfast menu was sufficient in terms of variety of items. The food was tasty and fulfilling. Overall, my first experience of booking through MMT and staying in Ambiance Hotel Ambience was good.

We stayed at Hotel Ambience ambience, gwalior for just one day but had a great experience. We had travel-led by train, so the Hotel Ambience's location was a big plus point since it is based within the railway station premises. The staff was very warm and friendly and the room was also good. Room was neat and clean, had ample space with a comfortable bed and seating area. Thank you!

It's a very decent business Hotel Ambience at a perfect location just outside railway station. Had decent arrangements for safety like sanitizer, masks, staff maintaining distance. Restaurant was closed, only room service was available to avoid contact which was good. Staff accommodated early check in without any hiccups.

Having stayed in this property a few times on earlier occasions, i was seriously disappointed by quality of service going down. No welcome kit in room, understaffed during breakfast buffet and slow room service. This place used to be so much better, and still can be, with just a little care and responsible staffing.

Had booked rooms for my parents who were travel-ling to gwalior. Rooms were good, clean and spacious. Food was also good although slightly on the pricier side. They had a wonderful stay overall. Even though the Hotel Ambience is just next to railway station it is quite peaceful.

It is nearby railway station which makes it convenient for traveller's traveling in trains. Customer service is perfect but cost of food is too high as compared to other places better to take food outside the Hotel Ambience where there are too many Hotel Ambiences for fooding

Location is the best. Food- all items were very good except idli in breakfast. Staff is cordial. More efforts are needed for ph friendly services- like pick up from station, attending at entrance. Room stay was very comfortable.

Hotel ambiance is a best and connected Hotel Ambience almost in gwalior railway station campus. Supportive staff always assist you for all your queries and issues.
