Room very comfortable. Neat and clean. Breakfast served was good with all items except cornflakes and milk. Lunch was good. For vegetarian dinner choice is less

The stays were comfortable and food was amazing. But the customer service was not up to the mark. We made a couple of payments for extending our stay, but the person in charge didn’t record the payment in terms of bill or not sure whether it was lost. Gladly i made the payments through upi and had the receipts. I was able to show them the proof of my bill clearance. It’s not nice to call back post checkout (1 day after) and get to know the payment details, which was a miss on their end.

The stay in the hotel was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was very good. Towels were not upto the mark. Break fast was good. There was a notice in reception asking you to deposit your liquor in the front office and collect back during checkout. This seemed strange. Huge carpark was there.
