Washrooms are not clean and smells so badly.

The place is distinct in its simple yet fun design, the staff was respectful & helpful. Would like to come back to this.

Good … but washroom need to clean on daily basis

Facilities, location all good. The only issue is with cleanliness, mainly with common washrooms and toilets. If they can overcome this, this is one of the great accomodation for working people with low budget option.

Astropods concept is good. My experience : Positive: The Check-In process was smooth. The staff was polite and well behaved. There was no issues created in ordering food from outside or with respect to timing. Negative: In my 3-4 days of stay not even once was the entire Astropods area cleaned. Not even once. The bathrooms and toilets were not functional. They were not cleaned even once. The hand wash liquid finished on my 2nd day. There was no one to check and refill it. I had to use paper soaps. While having bath the door couldn't be locked from inside. The change room was full with their own hotel stock. The lockers area was dirty and not cleaned even once. It's merely the carelessness of the hotel staff. Otherwise the property has potential to be rated as excellent.

I din stay there they have given accomodation to someone else still din pay my refund

Location 👍 Accomodation is good and staff are so cooperative But wash room fuls need to fix and bed rools required need to be change

The stay excellent and all the rooms were very neat and clean. In this budget. It's good to get our old facilities in this AirPod and the staff are very cooperative. Only issue is to provide drinking water and very, very affordable budget in Mumbai for a solo traveller, especially in the out of the city and places near to visit by markets, malls super malls are very near to be visited. At this affordable budget. We can well good to get such kind of facilities like safety lockers for purpose, et cetera, and bathroom as neat and clean, thank you.

It's very clean and nice for solo staying.

It is a decent and good place to stay, and specific to privacy for the room, it is 5/5, and the only part to be corrected is the washroom (there has been a bit of unhygienic and also a few washrooms have been repaired).
