First reaching the property is very difficult as the property is a foothills position with very small roads with curves, no hot water, everywhere alcohol smell, cigrate trash etc. if book also they ask extra charges behalf they providing extra but no extra .

I booked the 4 people room but 2 person room was given and there was no drinking water facility.

The property location is a little bit inside, but I must say that it can be substantiated with the support of the staff and the hospitality. The manager Raju was so cooperative.

Great experience to stay here, the owners of the cottage behave very kind & they took care of everything.

This building is in a dirty colony 2 km away from the town. Auto facility is not available for ordinary bus passengers. Bathroom facilities are pathetic. Closet has no lid. No ventilation. Had to climb to the room above with difficulty. You can't know any of this while booking.

This property is home stay. Down stairs is owner’s house and upper rooms are given as hotel rooms. Rates are a bit reasonable compared to other hotel rates but you don’t get hotel stay comfort here. They haven’t provided towels, soaps, water in rooms (we have to go to kitchen ourselves and take water). As weather there is a bit cold anytime, we would need geyser to bath but we have to call owner to switch on whenever we want, but they would stop the geyser in some time, if more people are trying to bath, everyone might not get water and have to call again and again which was uncomfortable. And we don’t get any food near by. We need to go at least half kilometer. Walking normally this distance would be fine but returning to stay is very steep route, it can be very uncomfortable. Irrespective of the stay, owner was helpful in other things like guiding or arranging vehicles for rides or sight seeing. He even dropped us to airport in reasonable and cheap rate when we couldn’t find better cabs. So, to conclude, this stay is nearer to bus stand, bit reasonable and cheap in that location but you may have to adjust a bit, then, you can choose this. If you want comfort, you can rather choose other proper hotel stays which would be 1k or 2k more per night and may be far from bus stand or town center.

they did not give actual booked room. they give room in another hotel.this type is not good for prepaid booking. they didn't check my identity or other proof is dangerous for our national security.

Rooms were good but as per amenities mentioned we was not given kitchen, tv, Hot water was not coming when needed.

Excellent property, well maintained with a hot water facility. The host is very cooperative and helpful. 1.5 kilometres from the town centre. Recommended to all wanting a cheap stay.
