Last month when I stayed in the hotel, I faced 3 main issues. Firstly there was no Hot Water, Breakfast was below average & Cable TV was not working. During the check out I said my concerns to the receptionist. But this month when I came back all the 3 issues were resolved. Highly appreciated, good stay

The location of the hotel is easily accessible. The facility was good, the room was spacious and well furnished. However, no hot water facility available. Not at all good for family stay due to local bars attached to the hotel . Food quality was good.

Well received and warmly welcomed by the front desk . The ambulance and comfort inside the room was good and well maintained . Food , room service is required to ensure good quality and need improvement . Over all it was a comfortable stay

The room, amenities, housekeeping services, and the garçon were all commendable, while the food was both palatable and prepared with notable attention to hygiene. Although the hotel features an attached bar, it was disconcerting to observe that local individuals were consuming alcohol outside the designated premises. Consequently, morning seenory from the room balcony, hotel building side area was littered with empty beer bottles and discarded pickle plates, which significantly detracted from the overall experience and proved to be quite unpleasant. Room had pungent smell, no hot water in bath room. It was told that complimentary breakfast will be available after 08:45 hrs. Hence, skipped the complementary breakfast. Overall, not worth for the money billed.

There was very rude behavior from the front office staff, who do not know how to treat guests. The room was good.

It was a really nice stay. Good room with good ambience. Major drawbacks its just outer skirt of the city. Really it was good.

The location is 15 minutes drive from karunagapally. The food was good. Basic amenities are there and the service was excellent.
