We booked for 02 night stay with my wife and small child but on reaching propert location it looks like haunted like location with negative vibes. Bathroom and water closet both are open ,rooms after lock can be opened by anyone not locked properly,There is no reception in property,no landline phone and cottage is also not maintained .On staying the wooden cieling of cottage fell off which can hurt us.Vegetarian food n breakfast is also vey terrible .We stayed here for only 1 night and check out in 1 day instead of 2 days.Very horrible n terrible stay.

The property is exactly as you see in the pictures. We stayed in a private pool villa. It has a long and wide verandah in front arranged with seating area on one side and dining area on the other. The room is big with very high ceiling (more than 15 ft. Bed is very comfortable, a/c works very well and it is placed fairly higher so the cold air doesn’t hit you directly. The toilet and double wash basin is in the back yard adjacent to the room but outside the room. The shower is open with only a roof adjacent to the private pool in the backyard. We loved the rustic and traditional feel of the villa with modern amenities. We would recommend a light curtain around the shower area though. The people are very friendly and always ready to help. Food is prepared to order and it is good. The location is excellent, just behind the beach, though you don’t have a view of the ocean from the property as it has a perimeter wall for security. There are shacks offering very good food especially sea food all over the beach. Overall we had a very nice vacation with our daughter that came on vacation from canada.

couplePerfect and quaint getaway. The property has admirable landscaping, vintage room designing and impeccable hospitality. We relaxed privately in the verandah while all the food was served directly. Marari beach is just within an earshot but did not show explore much. Deepu, dominic and the chef were very friendly and took care of our needs. If you want a quiet and private place to relax in a vintage kerala style dwelling surrounded by hospitable staff and a nice garden, this can be a good choice.

Peaceful with the waves and the nature

Beautiful home stay feel

familyWe had a lovely stay in this pleasant and beautiful property. Chef shailen was the best who caters to your needs in preparing the food (note that there is no restaurant but there is menu and you can place the oder few hrs before so that they purchase the fresh ingredients needed and prepare the food for you. I particularly loved the open shower in the room. The room has a good veranda space to chill with your friends and family. Cherry on top is the beach being just 100mts from this property and the you can hear the sound of waves which is so soothing. Our stay was so memorable.

Lot of insects in room, vitnessed frog also. Room is too dark with huge ugly hanging dolls looking at bed. Gives haunted feeling. Food quality is ok ok. Did not like open water closet option. Open toilets are ok in the morning but horrible in the night as i witnessed frogs

It was a calm and peaceful stay with my wife and baby without any disturbances for 2 nights. However i felt that the room interiors require some renovation to be perfect. Food was homely and the portions are large for the prices in the menu. Pool is good with privacy. Beach is also accessible from the property. Not a lot of rush.
