Terrible experience. Was given a small room for 3 adults although I paid and booked a deluxe room and paid for extra mattresses. I was told I was being upgraded to executive room, however the room was not even a standard room. We could hardly walk in the room. There was no hot water to shower and took us numerous calls to get that sorted at a time when we had to get ready by 7 am and check out early. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property is well managed and the services are top notch. Cleanliness is Outstanding. The hotel is located centrally which makes it easily accessible to the Railway Station as well as the Golden Temple. The morning breakfast is great as well and everything is freshly prepared.

The stay was good and we stayed here before also for this time it was my birthday for which we were staying but get little disappointed when there were no complimentary cake or gestures which every hotel gives when you have something special to stay otherwise cleanliness and everything was good
