Good but requires proper upkeep; many thanks to the staff

Average experience; I had high expectations, but it did not quite meet the standards. The food and restaurant were excellent. The staff were genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I rated it as average because the amenities both inside and outside the room require proper upkeep. I will share the photos I took, which reveal the hazards encountered while staying in the huts. Various insects can easily enter through the wide gap under the door. I offer this as a suggestion to the hotel management to prevent future problems. We truly appreciated the warmth of everyone around the property, from the entrance to the kitchen—such lovely people who deserve special recognition.

Despite arriving at 2:15 PM, well past the 12 noon check-in time, our room was not ready, and we had to wait until 2:45 PM to check in. The food options were very limited, and the taste was average . Additionally, there were frequent light fluctuations every 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating. The only positive aspect was the staff’s warm and courteous hospitality, but overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

This hotel was having zero hospitality. Hotel was not responsive , understaffed and no basic etiquettes. Hotels rooms provided was having not good and not that clean. With the price they charged it is mot worth at all. We had full package here including high tea. They gave tea and we have to ask for biscuits and they said that they offer just 2 biscuits person. There massage was not good at all ; lady applied only oil with basic massage. We also found cockroach on table we were eating. Food was okay. Pool was not clean. So with the price we paid it is not at all worth.

coupleWow just wow, this place is just amazing. It’s just an escape from all the chaos. Not visiting this place is like missing out in life the hospitality the staff also the food is just amazing. The property is so beautiful I didn’t wish to return. It’s so quiet and calm and just relaxing. The spa is a must try. Can’t wait to visit again.

Resort cottages are old. Bathrooms need renovation. Food is average. These things made overpriced stay. Location and ambiance is excellent. If you need peaceful stay in nature and not foodie like me, this stay is good for you.

Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and amicable front office and restaurant staff. The spice garden is beautiful. The facilities in the room can be improved. There is no tv in elegant rooms. The road that is leading to the resort is really rough. There is no buffet service.
