during my stay my experience has been really wonderful the staff is very generous and decorated the room very well for my wife's birthday we did a cake cutting offered by the Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels with the entire staff as we were very happy with the services of the Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels we woke up to great rejuvenating music which was played at the lobby and breakfast was also great special thanks to sahil the service staff the front office desk lady, the owner of the Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels was also a very generous and helpful also would want to mention special thanks to the kitchen team and love masih who was very hospitable and always there to answer all our queries as this was our first visit to Amritsar will definately recommend and will visit again

I truly love this Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels in amritsar. This will be again my stay in amritsar on my next visit. The rooms are great with lovely room service. We took delux window room and the room space and amenities like fridge, hot water, electric kettle everything os working fine. Now come to the food service. I give 5 out of 5 to the chef kamal. He is a wonderful person and serve his heart on the plate. The home cooked food you will get here l. Every food test is great and superb. The buffet is also great and there is lot of option you can get, the staff in the Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels is very cordial and they will give you the service very fast. Overall it was a great experience in this Hotel Amritsar Grand by Levelup Hotels.

We stayed for 1 day here and i must say it is a good property to plan your stay with. We tool the booking with breakfast and we were more than happy with the decision as they have great breakfast spread. Rooms are also nice and comfortable. With all amenities. All in all a good stay with amazing hospitality. Friendly staff reception team was great they all are so cooperative and kind. Highly recommended and looking forward to visiting again. I had one small issue during booking but was easily sorted with a phone call during late hours keep up the great work. Thanksss to all team.

Overall good experience with standard room and amenities. Only issue i face was no windows in room and the lift not working couple of times in the afternoon. The property location was good, easy walk to golden temple. Food was good, but buffet spread needs to be increased. Service needs to improve, we did the check-in into the room by ourselves and no one came to guide us to the room, we took our luggage by ourselves from reception to our room.

Hotel staff are helpful and location is perfect, everything is 15 minutes away walking i. E. Shopping, site seeing and temple.

It was a really g pod stay. The whole staff was really helpfull. Food was also o good. Its close to golden temple. You can take an e rickshaw and reach in 10 mint.
