Old property but well maintained with nice staff. Food is very nice. Only issue is room service starts at 7 am in morning and if they include electric kettle in room, it will be better. Otherwise, this hotel is very good for the tariff they charge.

Employees polite; food great. Bed room opens to bathroom with a shower curtain to divide shower as one walks in and the curtain goes right over the toilet and sink leaving no room for anyone to use toilet and sink if one is having shower. The water from shower flows backwards towards bedroom and does not drain properly. Flushing of toilet is difficult and doesn’t swish around the toilet. It just flows from the back. Needs total renovation thank you

The location is good and so is the restaurant food. The building, the stay room, the toilet - these are pretty old fashioned in design but they function well. We had to get up early to check out, but hot water was not available for bathing. The room could do with a kettle and coffee, tea, milk packet facilities. Room and restaurant look old but are good functionally and food was good. Overall, good value for the money paid

Stay is average. Location is good. Maintenence not that good. Food is average. I saw a rat running in the dining hall. Better hotelier takes serious note on this

Found on mmt, clean & clear hotel the facilities provided at the hotel were up to the mark and the staff was co operative as well. I would surely recommend the hotel for a stay and here is no issue for travel-ling as well the availability of auto are there.

The hotel staff stolen my wife's sunglasses as we were to visit tripurari from chennai. My wife thought not to carry sunglasses as it's was a religious place. When we came back we found it missing. The cost was 16000

There was nothing to complain about with regard to the quality of service and the price, but the problem was with the check-in timings which were listed at 01. 00 pm. It was better as like other hotels standard timings 12. 00 p. M
