Cleanly maintained, ameneties are good, food is good if not great. You get what you can expect from the price. Morning breakfast is a passe. It's a bit away from munnar so if you like a quiet and good stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town, head here. There are some activities to engage - billiards, gym, kerala spa. Overall good experience special mention on the cleanliness maintained by staff

"it was a wow experience staying at zuri. Every person was very helpful right from security to front desk and other staffs. Special thanks to the front desk manager from mangalore (forgot his name. Scope for improvement - room for disabled should have a door hold open feature or auto close should be disabled because a person going by wheel chair would not be able to push and keep the door open"

Location was in a town which wasnt expected. We were hoping for a secluded place as it promised mountain and valley views. View is available only for certain rooms. We up-raged to queen rooms which had a better view. Food was average at best. Not many varieties. Staff were good and helpful.

My son was sick and the people helped us to the core when we helpless in Munnar. The food was good too. Room service and receptionist all done their job well. We request pls maintain the decorum as if now. Room need some fragrance rest all fine and affordable.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff are very friendly, humble and kind, and also allowed early check in. Rooms are spacious with regular cleaning. Only area that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet, which is average with limited options.

We came with small kids. It is in middle of the town so it helped to get the necessary stuff we want always. View in balcony is good with hill top and clouds touching the hill. Food is good and staff are very friendly. Spa is very good.

We stayed for 2 nights, room was excellent, cleaning, service everything was good, but we are not satisfied with complimentary breakfast (additional cost only) which is had limited 2 to 3 dishes and there is no choice to choose food.

Had an excellent stay here, the service was good, i went with my family, the rooms and interiors well maintained and are very good, all the staffs are well mannered and supportive including the receptionists and the service staff.

Property located at good location, closure to market. Breakfast provided was good. Good rooms, clean toilets and good staff.

Hotel rooms and ambience was very good. Would like to suggest if bathrooms could be kept more fresh and ventilated to release odour. Room service was good and fast.

Had a great time staying at amuse. Great restaurant as well. The restaurant was locally well known for its "mandi" and must say that it was decent.

Rooms are quiet clean & well maintained. Staffs are very friendly like family members. Location was at aanchal main city and comfortable for shops, restaurant etc. Worth for stay with family, couples & friends
