After bath water blockage. Saving kit not available, bath matt missing, dampness, not proper clean.

At anand castle the receptionist was very rude she was not good with people’s i will never recommend it to my friends other then that rooms were quite good specious and clean

I have never seen a worse hotel than this in my life. You have to trouble yourself to stay here. Such bad service. You have to call 3-4 times. You have to wait for 30-35 minutes. All this happens when you pay the money.

Stay was comfortable & room was good & can be improved further regarding service. Food was good, location was good near station.

In room door having hole and in my voucher breakfast included but in restaurant they denied for complementary breakfast

However, I encountered a series of issues that severely impacted my stay. * Subpar Accommodation: The room itself was in poor condition. The toilet seat was broken, making it uncomfortable to use. The bathroom was cramped and lacked adequate space for bathing. The washbasin was disproportionately large compared to the bathing area, further hindering movement. * Poor Food Quality: The food served was of extremely poor quality. The buffet, which was the only dining option, consisted of a limited and unappetizing selection, including poha sandwich and aloo puri. * Rude Staff: The hotel staff were consistently rude and impolite throughout my stay. Their lack of professionalism made the experience even more unpleasant. * Unhygienic Conditions: The room was not clean. The bed sheets were stained, and the water supply for bathing and washing had visible muddy elements. The tea kettle in the room was also not functional. * Technical Issues: To add to the discomfort, the jet water in the toilet stopped working mid-use, causing further inconvenience. Overall, my stay at Hotel Anand Castle was a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I was allotted room no 205. The room is in bad shape. The wallpaper behind the bed is half torn. Cupboard 1 handle is missing, water was leaking from the comode pipe. No washroom curtains only their hooks were there. There was no electric kettle. Had to ask them to provide me one. There were stains on the bedsheet They don't have breakfast buffet even if u have taken the room with breakfast. They provide it in the room. I had requested for 2 cups of tea, which they got in 2 separate cups. They said they don't have a bigger kettle to accommodate 2 cups of tea. Since I was alone and had to spend a night, I managed somehow else I would have asked the hotel to change my room or give me the refund. Please avoid this hotel or atleast room no 205

Initially, i was given a room that lacked an electric kettle, and the telephone was not functioning. The reception staff had to call me on my mobile phone. Additionally, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the window was broken, which made the room quite cold. The next morning, i reported these issues to the staff, and they promptly moved me to another room that was much better and equipped with proper amenities. The staff is well-behaved, and the food is good; however, room service is quite slow. The mosquito was also present in the room.

If you are on a family holiday and looking for a hotel for night stay only, then you can go for this, location is great, best part is you can get kashipur specific food like - singhara kachri and khasta kachori at walking distance. As far as hotel services are considered, they are okay, complimentary breakfast was good, cleanliness and higiene could be improved, services are not one of the quickest. Overall a decent stay

Hotel management was not good, too much argument for breakfast even though our breakfast was complimentary they provide us only some selected items

Location was good. Checked in the hotel and found AC was not working. Hotel staff send someone to repair but still not fixed. So as per the request they changed the room , in that room again AC was not working. No other room available. Rats also seen in the room. They do not have the Towel and Iron as well. Limited parking space. Worst breakfast. Overall worst stay head in kashipur.

Food was too costly, lock of the door was not working my luggage was unsafe when i went for work as door wasnt locked

This property is situated very close to main market on the ramnagar kashipur highway. Good for shopping purpose as well.

Very good and same is very near to railway station. Food quality can be improve. Service and hygiene also can be improve.

I booked the place for my stay with my wife and son. The hotel was in abysmal condition, mattress and sofa seats were infested, and there were cobwebs in the room walls. Washroom was in poor unhygienic condition. I had booked a superior room, but was given deluxe one, and on asking, i was moved to a superior room, but the room was equally bad

Bad smell in rooms. Geyser was not working. Water stuck in the bathroom. Rooms was not good. .

I booked and paid for my stay. As the payment was showing as pending the hotel insisted i paid again, saying the money would not be taken and if it was it would be returned to me. I’ve ended up paying online and again with cash. I’ve tried to contact anand castle but have heard nothing.
