We booked anand guesthouse .when we reached at hotel the manager said that they don't know about booking after showing the booking receipt they give us another hotel which has no service at all

Very bad experience while checking in into the hotel, the hotel guy was trying take extra money from us giving nonsense reasons, please be cautious while checking into the hotel, and room service was bad, whatever help we were asking for he denied it

located in the centre of the town and very near to the beach. good car parking facility and near by restaurants. beds towels and toilets were near and clean.

Holiday | Family I stayed here with my family in a triple deluxe room. The room was really spacious and clean. The property is new and location is perfect. All the places are walkable from there. Beach is just 2 minutes away. Staff is really polite and good. They also brought breakfast for us from outside. Highly recommended!!

I stayed at anand guest house for one day with family. My triple deluxe room was really spacious and clean. Even the bathroom was spacious. The staff is polite and kind.

Room is bit above then average, with no proper room service. They will provide water once only during the stay and rest you need to arrange for yourself. Also room cleaning is not proper.

Guest house is at a walkable distance from beach. Reasonably clean room with good space and enough amenities. Though parking space was good, charging provision is unavailable for electric car.

Everything is good. if they provide food service then this property will be excellent. but many restaurants are too close

Not a convenient location. Bed linens not clean. Bathroom shower not working. Floor soiled. No lift.

Hotel staff is good at helping guest, room is very neat and well maintained. Food service not available - better to try early or depend o food delivery apps i will definitely recommend the group traveler at mahabalipuram. Eazy check in for online booking. Thank you for make my trip.

I paid extra for a sea view room but the room given wasn’t sea view. No one available at reception, one man who doesn’t understand english or hindi keeps babbling in tamil

The guest house is a nice property, rooms were big, ac was working fine, it had a balcony also, car parking in ground floor, beach was 2-3 min walk, the restaurant is in-front with good food. Overall nice property

Very close to the beach, rooms are big and clean. However, food is a problem. They don't have breakfast. And lunch and dinner they order from somewhere which has a limited menu. But there is a good cafe outside and restaurants are also not far. Mosquitoes are a problem, keep the door and windows shut at all times.

worst experience..the hotel receptionist alloted room to another person...we with two small kids waited in midnight on road..it's a horrible experience...by god's grace another hotel manager gave us room

It was said to be a deluxe room, but not even basic amenities were provided. No landline to contact reception, no other facilities listed in their description. Tv was not working, no wifi was available.

Self service guest house, no drinking water, bathroom flush not working, water leaking at floor in lobby my wife and child fallen twice, after reapeted complain at guest house no lift, no restaurant, no cleaner, room service number 24 hrs switched off etc.

i found the property in make my trip and also viewed in app satisfied and booked but i am allotted room no.106 in this only 1 fan for 3 sharing 4 members room
