Need to improve a lot

(1) Confirmation from MakeMyTrip was not received at Anand Lodge till 3 pm when we reached there. As I showed the confirmation copy received by me, our bags were kept in a room, as we had to proceed to Anandwan immediately, and room was promised on our return after 5 pm. On arrival at about 6 pm we had to haul our bags on the first-floor over poorly-lit stairs. (2) Lizards in the room had to be removed before we could occupy it. (3) No Handle on the door on inner side. (3) No place to hold our bags or clothes. (4) No water tap on wash-basin. No Hot-water. No drinking water. No glasses. (5) Toilet and Bathroom is dirty. No flush on toilet. No water-jet or paper-roll & No seat on the toilet-seat. Pictures attached for your reference.
