it's a good option as per cost for family... just to need a few things to improve like cleaning, soap stand cleaning, extra wash basin, heater in room, bedsheet and chaddar hygiene etc... water taps and walls improvement etc. it's not a bad review but to make this place a betterment in the future. jatin is a good young guy owner. The place is near the walkabout mahakaleshwar temple.. and harsiddhi mata mandir and ramghat shipra aarti. jai mahakaal

The communication could be better from owner side after room allotment.room and washroom was neat & clean but wash basin was missing for basic cleaning needs. check out could also be better & smooth.overall an average experience.

Very good hospitality services provided by host Mr. Jatin. Rooms , bathroom, staircase and corridors are cleaned. The home location is in walking distance to Mahakaal Mandir & Harsiddhi Mata Mandir.

Quite decent room and awesome location Jatin the owner is quite helpful.

Very clean room. The owner lives in the same building on the ground floor. The owner was so very courteous that since he was not available when we reached (we reached late night), his father came down the street to help us with the location and spoke to our e-rikshaw driver. They we also helped us with details of Bhasma Arti. Must stay place if you are visiting Ujjain.

best home stay i get here. the caretaker who is owner of these property Mr. Jatin is very kind and helpful. air conditioner and gyser are also provided.

Most of it was good, location is really good , close to the mandir as well as not much far from the railway station. Rooms are spacious and the host is attentive. My only problems were the last of washbasin in bathrooms and there wasn't even a flush in the bathroom of the 2nd room we were shifted into. Hope it gets amended soon.
