Ananda Nilaya | 2 BHK Homestay

We stayed at this homestay over the weekend. The homestay is surrounded by a well maintained garden. While we were on the way to reach coorg, we received call from homestay- Mr. Brown. He informed us to give him a call once we get the auto. So we took auto from bus stand, and Mr. Brown guided the auto-driver about the way to reach homestay and it was hassle-free. We reached within 10 minutes! Mr. Brown welcomed us and showed us the room. He also took us through the common areas, at kitchen - the stuff required to prepare tea/coffee was available including other utensils (if you want to cook any food - but you will have to get your own materials). The living area and kitchen was spacious and clean and so as our room. The room had a solar heater and electric geezer both. So it was a lot of convenience. We hadn't booked any means of transport prior. But Mr. Brown assisted us in getting auto for nearby sightseeing and another day, we took a cab with his reference. The cab driver was decent and managed to show us all the places. Since this is a homestay, the in-house restaurant isn't there. However, they have menu card available of one restaurant; you can call them and order the menu- they would deliver quickly with some parcel charges each delivery. The food was good - less spicy and tasty. You can also carry stuff like Maggie or ready to cook items from MTR and prepare it at homestay.

It is the best place to stay. I must say. Calm place. Near to abbe fall, Raja seat, Omkareshwar temple. Estate owner Mr. Brown is very co operative with us full information about site seeing. Thnks brown, I will plan one more time to cover missed out places. Below points are about home stay. Room is very spacious Room cleanness was really appreciated Well maintained colour full garden Surrounded by big trees and coffee plants Space to Park vehicles. Water provided to wash Car. Separate toilet bathroom provided to driver. No food prepared at home stay. But they get parcel from Ananda Nilaya | 2 BHK Homestay if we order. Shanti Sagar menu is available.

To sum it up, our stay at Ananda Nilaya was amazing with lots of memories carried back home. Mr brown property owner thank you for being an amazing host. The property is easily locatable. The property owner helped us with sight seeing places. Property is very well maintained, with amazing garden which relaxes the soul. Plenty of parking space within. Rooms were very clean and provided with all the basic amenities. Mr brown personally ensured that ours was a hassle free stay. He was even generous enough to get us dinner from a nearby restaurant you can cook your own food if you want. In all it was a memorable stay. Definitely a big thumbs up.

This home stay closed to Madikere town but not in town which exactly I was looking to stay out from noise and pollution. Excellent service, I received call and guided me to reach, and staff was always helpful. Very nice and safe, great location and view. Coffee plantation is around the home stay. we could feel our own and go around when we wish. The room is spacious and separate dining area with home-like falicities. My Kids early morning they could go to the garden and play like our own home, and value for money.

It was such a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and it beautiful ambience. The garden and greenery is amazing. Rooms are quiet big and clean. We were also allocated additional hall and kitchen. I must especially thanks Mr brown the owner of Ananda Nilaya | 2 BHK Homestay for the comfortable stay and also helping in planning my entire trip to Coorg. Also some of points like. Abbi Falls and Raja s seat are near by. Must try place

It's an excellent place to spent a day in tranquility. Located about 2 km from City center, it's surrounded by coffee plantation, full of green. The caretaker Mr brown is always helpful but will never poke into your privacy. You will not get any store nearby, but put a request and things will be delivered. Having a kitchen, you can cook your favorite if you want. Rooms are so big and cleanly maintained. Check in and out are hassle free.

Ananda Nilaya home stay is located in such an awesome place surrounded with full of greenery and no noise at all. Rooms are very well maintained. It is located very near to the visiting places like Mandalpatti, Abbey Falls, Talacauvery, Raja's Seat and very near to town also. Mr. Brown (owner) received us and he will be always available on phone. We can order food also which is delivered soon at your door step. My rating will be 5/5.

The place is close to the town and the rooms are spacious and well lit. The premises is surrounded by lush greenery, which is perfect for people coming here for a peaceful and quiet time. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, fridge, all utensils including a cooker, which i really liked. The owner is extremely accommodative and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this stay to anyone considering a visit to madhavpet.

The place was amazing and budget friendly. The property was spacious with wonderful view. It was super clean, and in centre of the city. Had a great experience!

The stay was excellent, location

It was a pleasant at coorg, really a good location for big family who require 2bhk.

We went as two couple. We got the entire home with two bedroom, hall and a kitchen. You can even cook yourself since it has all necessary vessels. It's very peaceful around the Ananda Nilaya | 2 BHK Homestay. Mr. Brown is so cool, very helpful and kind.

Nice clean and very peaceful stay

Though the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the manager is caring and friendly but water in taps of bathroom is very slow. Even once it came as muddy water. Shower of toilet seat is also leaking.

Place is peaceful, silent and host was very helpful. Very near to the city, 10 minutes drive was shopping place and 15 minutes to Rajseat. Clean place, spacious. Kids can enjoy.

I wanted to give more than 5 stars. Definitely a best place and experience at Ananda Nilaya.

The stay was very nice, the property was quiet inside but it was a nice house. Everything was good.

A group of 6 friends spent two amazing days at this excellent place. The host is very warm and his hospitality is simply amazing. The place is well maintained, clean and surrounded with a well maintained garden. The greenery around the home is breathtaking and soothing. A perfect place for a getaway, relaxing , calm and we had two days well spent. Thank you Mr Brown for making this stay memorable 😊😊😊
