Anandvan Resort

Right from check in till checkout everyone of their staff were excellent and proactive in giving us a professional and efficient service. It was very thoughtful of the manager to upgrade our room from hill top to T2 cottage which was easily accessable for us considering our senior citizen status. The room service did a remarkable job of keeping our room spic & span. Keeping all toiletries without asking for it. Replenishing the tea coffee cart & providing 4 bottles of drinking water every day. Room service & restaurant was top notch and on time. The kitchen staff was superb in providing what we needed and the food was fresh and very tasty. The property maintenance is top notch though the property is old but that gives it a rustic look. The view from the Trer top cottage balcony was heavenly and it was like living with the nature. All the staff we came across in the property were very friendly, professional and super efficient.

Resort is good, the earlier complaints which i found in the review section has been take care of ..Property is maintained well, Tree rooms,Pool & Hotel Room Washroom's can be better.. Dissapointed with the Reception lady she seemed to be Rude we were staying in the resort for 2 nights in a middle of weekdays even with low occupany she kept chasing for checkout I have travelled across the globe in 5 star and nobody has charged me for my birthday cake that has always been a complimentary service provided by the resort,Expecting professionalism and hospitality in taking care of their guests Restaurant team and Housekeeping team are very Helpful Overall a decent Stay

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The location, surrounded by lush greenery, offered a peaceful escape from the city. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of flavorful dishes. The staff was warm and attentive. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

It was a really nice experience staying at Anadvan Resort. Mountain type setup. Lake view. Greeneries in resort premises. The ambience in and out of the room was nice. The food at the restaurant was good both morning breakfast as well as lunch/ dinner. Staff at reception, restaurant, and housekeeping was really good.

Aged but well kept property. Good service, humble staff. No complaints for the hospitality. Property was clean and kept well. Food was excellent. They cooked as per our wish as well. Room service is slow but no major fuss around it. improvement needed: In our room bathroom & washbasin drains were clogging and water was draining very slow. There were no iron & iron board we had to ask for it - it was raining heavily and our cloths were not getting dried. Mattresses appeared old though we could sleep properly, they will need replacement soon...

beautiful property but our room was on the top of the property. room has damp foul smell and pillow too were smelling badly. tea kettle, milk and sugar coffee etc were provided. The washroom 'tiles were slippery, the shower Head was not working properly due to low pressure, hot water wasn't available despite the geyser facility. breakfast was very tasty and staff was very soft spoken and kind but they served cold dishes to us at lunch. location is beautiful. property is beautiful. surrounded by plants and flowers. bathroom slippers were of poor quality and slippery. our bed was creaking and the mattress was not soft. swimming pool tv ac phone wifi was present. room were not ready at the time of check in . parking space wasn't available

Location was good. Spa should also be there. Food was good. Doors were poor. Seepage smell was there. Views were good. Overall good but price was on a higher side

Excellent location nestled in nature. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly, providing professional and prompt service. A highlight was spotting fireflies at night. However, rain affected some amenities - no WiFi or mobile network, and Dish TV wasn't working. The food was average. Overall, a lovely stay with some room for improvement.
