The room was clean and the bathroom was almost clean. The commode wasn't completely clean. The rest of the level of cleanliness was very good. The service of the staff was very good. Though most of the dishes in the the in room menu card were unavailable. The TV was not working. The ac and fan were working good and needed for the humid weather. This is important to us, the tea and coffee were excellent. Overall our experience was good but could've been top notch if the things I mentioned before were taken care of.

Staff was good but unprofessional. Stay was not bad but not good either. No overall cleanliness & hygiene. No basic things in room like tabel, cupboard was broken. Rooms not properly cleaned before giving to guest. Property not spacious. Entrance of property was also kept dirty..

Just Ok Hotel

We booked 2 rooms for 8 people. Rooms are on 3rd floor. So it was little difficult to climb stairs for our grand father. There was no description of floor in ad description. Good manager and staff. You get ample parking space. Road to the hotel is narrow so lil difficult for bigger SUV like Xuv700 or Safari. Overall value for money Hotel if you are group of young people.

I highly recommend anant villa! the property is well-maintained, rooms are clean, and hygiene is clearly a priority. Its proximity to badami beach (just a 5-minute walk) is a huge plus. The swimming pool is fantastic - my family and i had a wonderful time together! what's more, the property is extremely safe for families, and the staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, anant villa exceeded our expectations!
