Rooms: Very well maintained houses with variety of theme based options for size and its location within the property. Every room has a unique feel. Room service, housekeeping is prompt and commendable quality. Safety: Excellent safety. CCTV all over the 150 acres property.. prompt service. Golfcart service for all. Gated property with inhouse resident staff. Food: Quality of food and drinks is lips smacking. Although limited options for Nonveg but overall superb. Good deals on beers and cocktails. Feels a bit expensive as compared to the clubs and restaurants in Mumbai.. but worth paying that extra for the ambiance service and quality of food. Everything's Á La Carte except breakfasts available in buffet option. (but only veg) NonVeg everything is made to order. Evening snack was expensive as well but again After tasting the quality we signed the cheque with a smile. Kudos to team Anchaviyo and thank you for the warm hospitality right from entry Gate to concierge, reception, room service, tech support, housekeeping and f&b Entertainment: There is a well maintained indoor play zone with Table Tennis, Snooker, Carrom, Chess, Many board games, Book library, TV, Air Hockey. Cycling is also free with great space and track around. Outdoor games like Cricket, badminton and football also can be enjoyed. Water sport also available in the adjacent river but was closed untill end of monsoon

The resort is beautiful and the room options are plenty. However the hut needs more lightning specially in the bathroom section ( not sure if it was only problem with our room) as it caused me great problems due to an eye condition and peas vision. However my wife felt the same for someone with normal eyes and so did my 8 year old. The buffet breakfast was below average and not up to make with quality. The bread and bread products were stale. Otherwise rest food was decent. The reception is horrible and the ladies there don't have manners to talk to guest. We had called them to check if check out can be extended by ann hour and we got a very rude response. It seems the recent good response to the resort due to instagram marketing has gone to the head of the reception staff. Except for the property location & beauty i would not recommend a stay there for any visitor

Anchaviyo resort located right next to vaitarna river, a great picturesque place and good for family, kids and couples. Food is great and have plenty of amenities for all age group alike. They have an unique theme for each of their rooms which is quite different from other resorts. Service and hospitality is very good, food is great. Only few things we felt could have improved - 1. For senior citizens and people with disability, instead of steps a ramp facility can be given for some of the individual themed rooms so that they can also enjoy equally like other abled people. 2. Gps suggested road to the property was real bad during monsoon, but that we know is not in the hands of the resort. So better avoid monsoons. But for those in palghar and mumbai this is one of the nearby great resorts.

The place is amazing. Went here to celebrate a special occasion with my loved ones. The hospitality is top class the property is amazing and huge! the reception is always open and available for your service. The house help was very prompt and as was all the staff on the property. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely lovely with all kinds of breakfast available with ample of choices. Definitely a must visit for a weekend gateway! the place is just like photos or even better i would say! it was definitely a plus to book it at mm t which provided a good discount while booking through their website.

This place is heaven. We went there to celebrate a special occasion, visiting Anchaviyo made it very special! We booked bougainvillea cabins the rooms were super clean! The staff is very friendly and supportive. I had arranged a dome dinner set up for my husband and it was just outstanding 😍 You will not realise where have you spent your day so many activities. The river view is a pure bliss. The food was amazing. The experience was worth every penny. Will see you soon 😍. A must visit place. Thank you Anchaviyo for one of the best experiences.

We had booked mud house but they kindly upgraded us to log cabin on arrival. Property is well maintained and very good. There are lot of complementary activities like paddle boating, game room, kayaking, movie under the sky, etc. Food was also good. They have limited options at their non veg restaurant tinge. Rooms are theme based but found it ok as per the price. Its amid of nature so you will face connectivity issue. You will also find small insects and lizards in the room. Overall it’s good for a one day visit away from the city

Unlike other resorts where the rooms will be almost similar, here you will have lots of different theme based rooms options available. Each rooms have their own uniqueness. There are different activities for adults and kids to keep yourself engage all day. We enjoyed a lot here and the hospitality was excellent. Food was also tasty. Overall it’s a must visit place especially if you are one who likes to explore something different than the usual and guys you won’t be disappointed for sure.

Just 90 kms away from heart of mumbai, nestled between beautiful hills of wada on one side and river vaitarana on the other lies this very beautiful resort/farm house anchaviyo. The one thing which made us spell bound were the multiple choices of different types of rooms to book for. We loved the options of pyramid which looks onto the river and mud house which hosts the look of traditional village like house/room.

Log cabin is perfect for 2. All log rooms based on diff themes. Cyclist is where i stayed and was amazing with over view to vaitarna lale. Food is very good but of-course highly priced. Overall worth for money going once

We stayed in maroon mud house. Resort has all the amenities which one can have. Proper hygiene is maintained. Food is awesome. Staff behaviour is very friendly

place is good with beautiful river view room. food was good. few things like room was too small. no TV in room late eve. difficult to spend time. in the room light was too dim. water was chocked in bathroom😒

It's excellent primse and room are good, comfortable feels like your own farm, staff is well behaved and poilet. Food is good.
