I've had the best stay at anika serviced apartment for last weekend at chennai. Lately, I have been traveling a lot to explore chennai and go to IIT madras to meet my friends and I've stayed at almost all nearby hotels and I never found any great place than this. The room is cozy and feels homelike and I had a very warm welcome by the caretaker. I'll surely recommend and go back to this place again. The only issue I've found is the price range of the place, but with this comfy and safe feeling, I think it's great(but the lesser the cost, the greater it could be)

The stay at Anika was great. The rooms were spacious , airy and super clean. The staffs, too were very helpful and cooperative. And the breezy rooftop and balconies were cherries on top . Honestly, it felt like a home away from home . Had a very happy and satisfied stay . Totally recommended.

Anika Homes is a well maintained one. Facing a hygiene park , the environment is pleasing. Inside the house, facilities match our expectations in a service apartments. Courteous reception desk who followed up well until we vacate. To put it in a nutshell, one can enjoy stay with comfort!

Lovely convenient apartment on the ground floor. Very cool, AC was mostly not needed despite hot weather outside. Lovely bedroom with large, clean cupboards, spacious kitchen stocked with everything needed, plenty of light, comfortable lounge and dining area. Staff were very kind and helpful. There's a large children's park opposite and other amenities reasonably accessible around the area.

There is a garbage station nearby which stinks even in the room. When i told about this to the owner he said - that will happen, nothing can be done about it. We had already paid for 4 days so couldn’t change the stay. On the last day, they started banging on the door from 9:30 am to ensure that we checkout at 10. The staff doesnt even listen to what you have to say and keeps repeating the same thing. The room doesnt look like pictures and there is no jacuzzi there - they are false advertising.
