Anjushree

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the anjushree Anjushree in ujjain, and i would like to share my detailed review of the experience. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, with both positive and negative aspects to note. One of the highlights of the Anjushree was its swimming pool. However, i was disappointed to discover that the pool was not operational on mondays, which happened to be the day of my arrival. This was unfortunate as i had been looking forward to enjoying a refreshing swim after a long journey. It would have been helpful if this information had been communicated to me prior to my arrival, as it would have allowed me to plan my activities accordingly. Nonetheless, i found solace in exploring other amenities the Anjushree had to offer. On the culinary front, the dinner and breakfast at the Anjushree's restaurant were delightful. The dinner menu consisted of a wide variety of dishes, each bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The culinary team had clearly put a lot of effort into creating a memorable dining experience for the guests. Similarly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a range of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food surpassed my expectations and left a lasting impression. However, the same level of excellence did not extend to the room service. While the staff members were polite and professional, the service itself was average. There were instances when my requests took longer than expected to be fulfilled, and i found myself having to follow up multiple times. This lack of promptness was a bit frustrating, as it hindered the overall convenience of my stay. Another aspect that fell short of expectations was the quality of the beds. While the rooms were adequately furnished, the beds were not as comfortable as i had hoped. The mattresses seemed to lack proper support, which affected my sleep quality to some extent. I believe that investing in better-quality beds would significantly enhance the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests. In terms of ambiance and aesthetics, the Anjushree was visually appealing. The lobby was tastefully decorated and exuded a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness and maintenance of the common areas were commendable, as everything appeared well-maintained and in good condition. The staff members were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist whenever needed.

1. Rooms are very spacious with city view. Hotel is located near main road to ujjain and approx. 4 kms aways from mahakal temple. For mahakal temple, it is advisable to take auto rickshaw from Anjushree, as you will struggle for car parking around temple surroundings. Also, they is too much traffic within 1 kms of temple radius. Hence, don't take your car, leave it in Anjushree, otherwise your car will become burden on you. 2. Food is very tasty, with good jain food options. They customise it as per your requirements. Also, they provide fries, sabudana khichdi and fruits for travellers on fasting. 3. Breafast buffet has nice variety, with live dosa counter. 4. Their bed is cozy and bathroom is very neat and clean. 5. Hotel staffs are very helpful, right from the point when your reach the gates of Anjushree to your check out. Staffs are jolly, well-mannered and trained. 6. In bathroom you will get all the toiletries. No need for special request like you have to do in other Anjushrees. I would recommend, who want to experience premium hospitality in ujjain. Thanks to anjushree team for making our stay a peaceful and pleasant experience.

Pros: 1. The reception area is quite big and well maintained 2. The rooms are spacious 3. Staffs are welcoming and friendly 4. We tried food at the restaurant and it was good 5. By car it is 20-25mins away from mahakaleshwar temple cons: 1. Every now and then the light goes 2. The ac cooling is not that great, specially during summer it’s unbearable 3. Not at all satisfied with the complimentary breakfast, very limited options and the taste was also ok.

Excellent location and great service. The early morning view from my room balcony was very nice. Breakfast buffet was very good with a large variety. The concept of a swimming pool in the same breakfast resturant area was a little strange. Especially so when the guests are not adhering to the swimming pool dress attire. Adults in full t shirt and pants were using the pool as a “bathing tub “! the Anjushree should be professional and strict about this.

Excellent stay at the Anjushree. Hotel staff, their politeness, helping nature, hospitality, food, cleanliness beauty, aesthetics, location surpasses any branded five star Anjushree. The room had a big balcony with a mesmerising view of the holy city. One should spend one entire day to enjoy the hospitality it offers. Location was around 10-15 minutes distance from mahakaal temple and railway station. Highly recommended.

Ujjain road trip was hectic roads are under construction, we were worried about Anjushree too we had booked from make my trip anjushree when we saw the campus was huge as to ujjain standard best thing was clean property good ambiance, fast checkin cordial staff value for money and excellent food. We can make anjushree a destination for ujjain trip good if they make some arrangements to get passes for mandir darshan.

Beautiful lobby and reception desk with a nice selfie point of mahakal. Travel desk is competent and have all th solutions for your requirements. Buffet break fast was excellent in terms of variety and taste. I got my favorite jalebi as well. Rooms were spacious and full of sunlight with a balcony and view of city and big lawn of the Anjushree. Prices are a bit high but overall i enjoyed my stay with family.

Hotel anushree is an amazing stay in ujjain. If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay then this is a go to place for your family. Staff is very welcoming and helping, they make sure to make you comfortable. Rooms are well maintained with ample of space and clean washrooms. Food is delicious. Location is very calm and easily accessible from mahakaal temple. We would like to visit again.

It was amazing fabulous and they have upgraded my room into presidential suite and they were doing good in service very nice and cooperative staff

Rooms were good and enjoyable. Food was good but best thing was place vibes. We enjoyed our stay it was cosy.
