Anna Residency

A good Anna Residency with clean room and washroom, polite professional staff. No bad smells in room or washroom. Toothbrush, soap and showercap provided but no comb. Also shower had two dispensers for bodywash and shampoo but without any label on them. So you have to use your own judgment on which is which. The only negative i find about this Anna Residency is that it was overpriced as i paid rs 4450 for an elite room for one night. It was not worth more than rs 2500 considering the location, absence of independent compound and comparing with rates in most capital cities in other states. Also, their room rates fluctuate on a daily basis rather than season and off-season rates which seems somewhat unethical. Rates on weekends are almost double of the rates on weekdays on mmt. No parking space for cars available. For two wheelers, they have an underground parking. To summarise, go for it only if you get it below rs 2500 per day

The rooms were big and accommodative. The washrooms were neat and hygienic. The Anna Residency was at walking distance to many tourist attractions. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful in giving us the contact for two wheeler rentals, they changed our room when we didn’t like the previous one. The housekeeping staff also addressed to our requests quickly and kept the room very neat and clean. There is a rooftop restaurant and bar which has a relaxing vibe and the food is decent, you can order food and liquor to your room from there. There is also a mini bar in the room. they match the pictures shown here in make my trip. They also have car parking for two cars in cellar. My stay was pleasant and we had a good time. I would recommend this Anna Residency.

It was a very pleasant stay at anna residency. We reached pondicherry a bit early in the morning. They allowed us for early check in. The room was fantastic. Big in size, very comfortable for three guests. A king bed is suitable for three guests. A sofa cum bed was also there. If people are travel-ling by group, easily 4/5 people can stay in this room. Sea beach is a 5-10 minute walking distance. Arabinda ashram is 2/3 min away. They have their own restaurant with a bar. Though we didn’t try there, it seems good and very neat and clean. The room service boy's response was quick and friendly. I recommend you people, if you are not looking for a sea face view Anna Residency and budget friendly then it would be the best choice for you.

During my recent trip to pondicherry, i had the opportunity to stay at anna residency, and i'm pleased with the decision. Situated conveniently in the town, the Anna Residency offers a comfortable and straightforward experience that aligns well with what one would expect from a 3-star establishment. The rooms, while basic, were clean and provided all the necessary amenities for a good night's rest. The staff, though not overly lavish in their approach, were helpful and attended to requests promptly. All in all, for those seeking an uncomplicated and budget-friendly stay without compromising on cleanliness and basic comforts, anna residency is a commendable choice.

It's right at the centre of the town, 2 minutes from white town, 5 minutes from promenade beach and shopping street. The rooms are big with electric kettles. Complimentary 2 litres of water. Separate dressing area with fan and big sized bathroom. The elevator was modern. And the best part had, a lounge bar at roof top with both air conditioned and outdoor facility. It had a full bar and restaurant menu. Weekends have dj playing popular songs and had a lively atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive. The facilities given are really good. The Anna Residency is located in french colony and very close to the rock beach, staff is very friendly and attends to every inquiry soon. If they could offer sheltered car parking, then would rate one of the best for the location and price offered. Also if you want to rent scooters, there are quite a lot of you walk around the Anna Residency. Enquirer and then, take. Veggies Anna Residencys are near by or can order using zomato/swiggy.

Booked an elite room for 2 days. The rooms were of decent size, neat. Room service was on time and good as well. Travel-ling via a car is generally a bit difficult near to white town since you will have to hunt for parking slots. This is one among the stays that has dedicated parking even though their car parking area is limited. Luckily we got the parking slot in basement itself. This stay is also at a walkable distance from rock beach, all the good cafes around that area.

The rooms were clean and Anna Residency staff were helpful. They let us checked in really early (at extra cost ofc) which was really helpful. It is an budget friendly place with Rock beach just in walkable distance. Big wardrobe space and really big bathroom, it was amazing!! Only could have been more helpful if hand wash was provided near the wash basin and if the shower gel, shampoo provided could be labelled. Overall, great value for money 👌. No photos

We reached early and Anna Residency staff helped get us early check-in. Also, the room was bigger and cleaner than most Anna Residencys i have been to lately. But the biggest plus is the location, you can cover. Most locations in 10 min( via scooty)

Great stay with access to the roof top bar n lounge. Great weekend pub activities. Service also good with ample parking space.

The front staff especially mark was very courteous and helpful. The room size is decent. Location is fantastic, ambience is good. Only issue was dj sound coming till late in the night. The parking managed by a smiling, senior citizen, won our hearts.

Very good Anna Residency, environment, behaviour of the staff excellent. Price worthy. All the amenities available. I will visit there again.

It was a good stay. Completely satisfied as the room is spacious and clean. Provided with all facilities such as electrical kettle, mini fridge.

Stayed for one night with family. Location is really good as we can cover almost all white town areas and promenade beach including vinayaka temple. Hotel is good only. Cannot be called as great. They don't have restaurant but we can make use of nearby restaurants. Room is really spacious, but getting old. I can still say its a good place for family

Rooms were nice and clean, Anna Residency staff was polite. The only issue was that there were cockroches in the room and Anna Residency management should act on it to make the stay much more comfortable for the guests.

Hotel is too good in terms of cleanliness and rooms are also spacious food is also tasty both veg and non veg are good

The stay was very good. But the receptionist was rude and judgemental by questioning our marital status . We booked for three friends, but at the time of check-in the receptionist mentioned that three people are not allowed, because we were two men and a woman.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms are good however the entry is congested.

Rooms are good and spacious and very clean. Generous and friendly staff. Stay at Anna Residency was good. There is no buffet for the breakfast. Breakfast will be ordered from outside and served in the room.
