I travelled with my aged parents and my daughter and it was such a comfortable stay at annai resorts... breathtaking sea views easy access to all the major attractions , food especially the breakfast was amazing and ambience was good with clean spacious rooms polite staff excellent experience of three days would highly recommend anyone travelling with family and wants a perfect relaxing atmosphere

Pathetic behaviour and service. Rooms were too hot when we entered. Took two hours to become normal after switching on AC. Their behaviour on every aspect is pathetic. No customer oriented behaviour.

Property and location is fantastic. Some improvement is required in restaurant and bar service. However the staff is polite and cooperative. Food is good.

Our stay is very pleasant with lot of amenities to use, spacious parking and delicious breakfast and in room dinning service. Excellent beach view from our room. 3 swimming pool, prompt service from reception

I felt that this was one of the best options at Kanyakumari (zero point). The rooms were okay but washrooms bit cramped up. Overall experience was 4/5 knowing the other options were really pathetic. Proper beach access is bit far, but since I had my own vehicle, that wasn’t a big issue.

Annai Resort is a lovely resort located right next to the beach. The rooms and cottages are lovely providing a view of the sea.

I had the pleasure of staying at Annai Spa and Resort, Kanyakumari with my family from 2nd to 3rd August 2025, and it was truly a memorable experience. The location is absolutely mesmerizing, offering panoramic views of the ocean and a serene atmosphere that adds to the charm of Kanyakumari. The aesthetics of the hotel and rooms are top-notch—tastefully designed interiors, elegant décor, and a layout that blends modern comfort with a touch of coastal charm. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, making our stay both relaxing and luxurious. A special mention must go to the staff, who were extremely courteous, well-mannered, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, their helpful attitude and attention to detail ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. Whether it was watching the sunrise from the property or simply enjoying the peaceful vibe, the resort added a lot to our Kanyakumari visit. It’s a perfect getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking for a rejuvenating break. I would highly recommend Annai Spa and Resort for anyone visiting Kanyakumari. It is a delightful blend of location, beauty, and warm hospitality.

The rooms and the location were wonderful. The highlight of the location is the view. Although we did not book a sea view room, we got a room which had a sea view. The only downside is the restaurant. The staff behaviour could be improved a bit and another peculiar thing which I did not like was them charging for baby food. A small bowl of mashed potatoes for the baby cost the same as a plate of french fries. Baby khichdi cost the same as full plate khichdi. These small things. Other than that all is great.

Very nice resort at a prime location with excellent amenities, and food quality. The complimentary breakfast provided was amazing. Well maintained and offered a pleasant stay.

Although property was good,but service was not upto mark. Breakfast was limited paid Rs.22397 for 2 night stay for simple room. no extra activity.

The first thing about the stay was the location. Rooms had partial sea view but the floor's decks had amazing views. The pathways were beautifully landscaped, the restaurant looked out this amazing pool. Everything was well maintained and serene. The staffs were also very warm and helpful. The restaurant was also really good. We were also able to get a high chair for our toddler. A small kids area was also there to keep the kids entertained. Overall, it's a comfortable stay for families who love a calm time.

The hotel was fabulous 😍 Great Staff, clean rooms, polite people and great location. Worth to go and enjoy Those pools are also amazing and every place in Kanyakumari in at just at walking distance so great location 👍
