very poor, no highgein,lizard and cocroach, bad odour in rooms, towel is older than me🙏😡 don't recommend

The worst experience in my life.....When we went there , the manager, ig it's the owner told us no rooms are available and told us to cancel the booking.. we were already late and told him the payment was already done. since I had made the payment and took travel insurance ,they can't deny me..Atlast they gave us a room....They took our aadhaar and told will give in the morning..we went to the room....the worst ever.......when we opened the room, the room was smelly and full of mosquitoes...it was already 11 pm....after some time we noticed one window doesn't have a opening door from where all the mosquitoes came.......no privacy at all...the owner and staffs doesn't care about us...suddenly we told the owner we are vacating....He offered us an ac room which doesn't cost even 800.the main thing is that..he told to submit cancellation and we will get refund....But makemytrip, you guys broke my trust...had been contacting them for 1week....I even took travel insurance...so guys please don't book this hotel....and also don't apply for travel insurance ...no use.....mmt has the worse support team...can't even contact them..

They stay was very terrible also they didn’t provide us the room when we reach saying that no room available dispite the fact the we have already booked and gave us a room without proper lock and windows has no door it was open and so much smelly

I am not satisfied by the room and the facilities available in the room and the bathroom was not clean as seen in the post

The rooms and the corridors weren't clean. Service was very very poor. Unsuitable for families. Bad odour in the corridors. Bed sheets had stains, seemed like unchanged. On pointing out, we were given another sheet and asked to cover it by ourselves. Found hair under pillows. Waste bin contained waste from previous users. Beer bottles on the corridor. The restaurant on the ground floor had poor service. No one to attend. Causal and careless. Zero value for customers. Not recommended for families in the present condition. Only suitable for bachelors group.

Room was not clean, the blankets and top sheets are very old and was not a good experience.

The location of the hotel is good. Food and beverages are available at the hotel which is very convenient. Stay was ok. But the electricity was going in between. Need to improve cleanliness.

It doesn't have a good reception, does not have a wifi, for bathing there is no hot and cold water, very uncomfortable. No room service, water, no dental kit

The rooms were very bad, waiting too long for getting checked in. Have seen 3, 4 rooms, these rooms will be not having proper lock, lights. The doors are actually not at all fit. From the outside of the room the people can see inside the room. Didn't felt safe there. Totally a worse experience. I didn't got any discount

Very poor service and they are not give any facilities for guest. And staffs are very argent especially one old man sitting in front of reception.

Average rooms, not worth for the price. Water flowing from ac for the room given first, then changed to another one. Tv not working, no intercom, no drinking water provided, finally went down shouted and paid for the bottle water. They don't collect payment. No dental, shaving kit provided. Overall horrible experience. Pls dont come here.

The room was not up to expectation and to the rate provided by me. It was not properly cleaned, odd smell, no intercom system. Didnt enjoyed the stay at all.

First of all the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. Upon entering my room, i immediately noticed a musty odor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bed sheets appeared to be poorly washed and had stains on them. The bathroom was also in a rather unsanitary condition, with mildew in the corners and a lingering unpleasant smell. Secondly, the customer service was highly lacking. The staff at the front desk seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Whenever i approached them with a query or a concern, they appeared dismissive and unresponsive. There were instances when my requests for basic amenities, such as extra towels or toiletries, were completely ignored. Furthermore, the facilities and amenities offered by the hotel were not up to par. Lastly, the smell and smoke from the kitchen within the room were excessive, leading to a highly disruptive and unpleasant stay. Overall, my experience at hotel annapurna in kottayam was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, unhelpful staff, inadequate facilities, and excessive kitchen smoke levels greatly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travellers, as there are certainly better options available in kottayam that offer superior comfort and service. Room is like an ordinary lodge worth 500 - maximum. There are big glass ventilators inside room opening to corridor. No privacy. Bathroom very bad. Windows are open and made of glass. And anyone from road can see us bathing. No tv. A table provided inside that so much papets and paste and brush leaved by earlier ones. Lock is also not strong. Overall very bad stay in my life.
