Anns Ville Homestay

This was our 1st time at a home stay plus a completely new town/city hence before reaching there we were not 100% sure. But when we reached there and stayed there...we were happy we made that choice and decision. Aunty was very welcoming and friendly. Room was very neat and clean. Whatever we needed for a comfortable stay..was available and provided for. The breakfast was fully authentic Kerala style and home made. after days of Hotel food...this home made meal was soooo appetizing. Upon special request she customized the menu for us. Her special chutney sandwiches were tasty! Overall, it is "The Homestay" you should book if you are looking for stay in that category. Thanks Aunty for hosting us!

I visited Thekkady with my wife and daughter. we all love this place. I almost felt like Home. The House owner( Mrs Anna and her husband ) is really friendly. They take care of the guests really nicely. Property is really well maintained. Breakfast was nice, we all loved it. The owner was willing to help in case of emergency, unfortunately my daughter had a fever at night, They were able to guide us to go to the hospital. I would say if you are a couple or family visiting Thekkady, you can book the stay without any doubt... Thanks

We found this property through makemy trip app.Location is just few minutes away from the kumili town. They provided delicious homely breakfast and their service was also very good. If we come to amenities tea-coffee satchets and electric kettle was provided in the room. There is a separate dinning area upstairs equipped with plates,glasses etc. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and kept very neat and clean. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for us and would look forward to stay there in future also.

Visited the place in december 2024. The experience was very good. Host Aunty Annie is an amazing, humble and very polite lady, it was pleasure meeting her. Rooms were no less than 5 star Anns Ville Homestay - spacious, clean and well organized l. Wahrooms were very clean with all amenities. Location of this place is also very convenient in terms of tourists spots. Also try the food from the restaurant which is owned by the Host, amazing food with good ambience and Staff.

We had an amazing stay @Ann's Villa Thekkady. Homestay was a please full experience with homely feeling and homely food. Room was spacious and a premium feeling stay. Aunty and Uncle was very friendly and feeling like we stayed in a relatives home. Stay was along with breakfast. Ancy aunty prepared food with love and food was very tasty.

It was a wonderful stay. nice location and specially property is neat and clear. Owner are very helpful and also it will feel u like ur home and very peaceful property and also Food is made bt owner and looks like made by own hands. Near to Periyar Lake Reserve also. Overall satisfied and value for money.

Very Homely environment for anyone who is travelling solo/with family. Aunty and Uncle both are extremely polite and caretakeking.

Very peaceful, neat and clean stay in the middle of lush green land. Homemade south indian breakfast was very delicious ❤️. Location is near all the main attractions and pure veg restaurant (Bodhi veg) is also very closeby.

it was amazing to stay here, beautiful home stay, room was neat and clean , and breakfast made by mam, was so delicious 😋 she is very lovable..and kind..I definitely recommend it for everyone..best budget stay..and in my kerala trip it was the best among all.

Our stay was excellent, with outstanding hospitality. The location was convenient, close to the kumily bus stand, and it also offered plenty of parking space.

we have stayed for 1 night here and it was a very great experience. Host is extremely good and polite in nature. Host allow us to even use their kitchen and provide homely food at very nominal rates. Rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. Recommended for next visit also.
