Good experience. Nice clean and neat. Pleasant stay. The place is great and I've rented out the entire second floor for the guests of my wedding. It's clean, well-maintained and close to the Borivali Railway station. They also have tea, coffee and breakfast service. Good for boys to stay... Very cheap rates near by Borivali station... 10 mins walk from Borivali East station. Good AC. Best place at cheap rate. Good for Family For business men and for all its a safe place... Staff is very good in behaviour.

Nice, clean rooms. On the main road. Service very good. However there is no ro water purifier. There were only 2 bathrooms for approximately 24 beds on 2nd floor. About 1 km from Borivali station. Food has to be arranged from nearby restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay in Mumbai. The staffs and caretaker were really very nice. The location was very good. Overall, the stay was very nice. This property is highly recommended for solo stay in Mumbai.

The room is located near to the station that was the best part of the deal. Room service was good. All staff were very helpful. Very good for business travelers planning to stay for one or two days.

It was a really nice and decent trip. As it was my Solo trip I feel very safe and secure during the stay as there was security available. I stay in dormitory the room was comfortable and spacious.

Nice place to stay for individual. Clean and cozy. However hot water was not running in the bathroom I used, which are only two per floor. Overall satisfactory.

Overall it is good, they maintain hygienic neat and clean. Hotels staff are really good, people in kitchen talk rudely especially the don't know how to talk.

Visited Mumbai due to work. Stayed for 2 nights and the Apex Home is the best if you are looking at cheap prices.
