The villa was really great and very friendly staff , overall a great experience

The property is at the best location with wonderful view.. the staff deserves a special mention due to their friendly and helpful nature.. delicious food (we had bengali cuisine all throughout).. the property does not have a lift so maybe problematic for elderly people..

Our recent stay at Raichak was a mix of good and bad experiences. The location and view were absolutely mesmerizing, offering a peaceful retreat amidst nature. The overall ambiance was pleasant, making it a great place to unwind. However, we faced several issues during our stay. Mosquitoes were a major problem, making it uncomfortable, especially in the evenings. Additionally, ongoing construction at Ffort Raichak led to a lot of pollution and restricted walking areas, which was disappointing. The biggest challenge was with food arrangements. While an induction and utensils were provided, they were practically useless. The caretaker strongly pushed us to hire a cook from their side and charged extra for gas, cooking, and a helper. Since we were with family, including an 8-month-old baby, we had no choice but to negotiate, finally settling , which still felt overpriced. What was frustrating was that once we agreed to pay, they suddenly provided clean utensils that were hidden earlier, proving that they were deliberately creating inconvenience. Also, no separate gas or stove was brought in. Overall, while the natural beauty of Raichak was impressive, the service and hidden charges were disappointing. If the management improves transparency and ensures better service, this could be an excellent getaway spot. Until then, I would advise future travelers to clarify all costs in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.

It is a perfect place to unwind and relax.The property is well- maintained and has all the required amenities.The caretakers are very helpful but the only con I found out was that food was quite expensive.They charged a total of 1500 per person (adults) and 1500 for two kids.In the morning breakfast they did not even bother to provide egg/ sweets (provided only puris and sabji).At dinner,they cooked only the mutton and just reheated the remaining vegetable curry from lunch.I think these are the things they should be taking care to make one's stay more enjoyable.

This was one of the more memorable vacation stays in my life. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. The private swimming pool was the icing on the cake. The lush green lawns of the property and clean and well-maintained outdoors were very attractive. The facilities inside the property include the paid services of a cook, and the food was delicious and adequate. Special mention must be done about the stellar behaviour and hospitality of the caretaker. One suggestion- there needs to be a daily change of fresh towels and toiletries to match the otherwise professional outfit. Hope to come here again soon.

Perfect destination for a friends group. Private swimming pool is the main attraction of this villa. But please do confirm that pool has already ready or not!

1. Property has good amenities, but can be maintained a little better. The property was as available as advertised and easily accesed. 2. While we went during the ‘off’ season and hence support facilities within the complex were closed for renovation( it should be great when fully operational, the caretakers went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Food was home cooked and well prepared. Owners were flexible w. R. T check in/check out. 3. It is a good weekend destination.

Excellent location and quality of the originally built unit, but poorly maintained, not very clean, dated, comes no where close to the rating we saw in mmt!

Very comfortable stay villa itself was a masterpiece of design and comfort. The location of the villa was perfect. The villa boasted a beautiful garden pool and a comfortable stay my recent stay was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. This villa offered a luxurious retreat amid-st breathtaking surroundings.
