The place is very well built, clean and offers convenience of all religious places within a 1.5km radius in the city. Rooms The rooms are really good with all amenities and are exactly the same as shown. Staff The staff is very helpful and goes the extra mile to fulfill your request. Foood This is the best part. Food is delicious and is made and served fresh as per order. They also cater special requests for baby food and milk at ease Location This is in the heart of the city and offers convenience of going everywhere by any mode of transport. Amenities Excellent Wifi, Quick Room service, AC, Geyser, TV, in-house restaurant, Vehicle on call for pick n drop, kette, CCTV etc Extraordinary The owner of the Apoorva Guest House makes sure guests have no issues, he is always on toes for any help and will ensure the help is given and the guests are at ease. This true helpful gesture has made us overwhelmed. It is a no doubt ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐pleasant stay for the families.

Rooms were clean. Staff and owner were courteous. Food was excellent. Location is both advantage as well as it's disadvantage. It's barely 2 km from ayodhya dham jn rely station and appx 1 km from ram mandir. However since it's just off ram path (where ram mandir & hanuman gar-hi mandir are located, pvt vehicle movements are restricted. At least for now. Icing on cake was their send-off. While checking out they took efforta to wake up at 6:30 on chilly morning and gave me box packed prasad from hanuman gar-hi mandir and a stole with jai shree ram inscribed over it )

My train was late by 13 hours so instead of reaching 30th dc evening i reached 31dec morning. However i informed Apoorva Guest House on phone. As this Apoorva Guest House was new, auto driver had to take pain to search it. On reaching there at around 6 am the doors were closed and i had to call repeatedly to get the door opened which was a bitter experience. However room was ok but the only shortcoming was there was no phone in room and i had to go every time to reception for breakfast food other things etc.

It is a guest house so don't go with high expectations. The rooms were clean, staff was courteous. Better to book without breakfast as they don't provide a buffet breakfast so better to order as per choice instead of eating just aloo poori. They don't have any restaurant or eating area so it's still under construction. It's near the temple but you might face issues to reach there so get some instruction from Apoorva Guest House staff. Overall it was value for money.

The property is newly built, the rooms and toilets are clean and in good condition. Toilets have electric geysers which are needed in the cold conditions. The food and service was excellent. Being a new property certain amenities are either not working or not available like tv, a small cupboard. Car parking may be a problem for guests with cars. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

From railway station to get on the property was tough task as no conveyance were available at station. Same was brought to notice of Apoorva Guest House management in return they shared location so that we can walk towards the property. Property is new, but bath room/toilet were sticking. Owner of property were helpful for arranging auto.

I recently stayed at this Apoorva Guest House and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy bed. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Room location is good but public transport is not easily accessible. Room was good but washrooms can be improved. You have to take a much longer route if you are visiting using four wheeler from airport or station. We had to walk mostly to all the locations.

The location of Apoorva Guest House is very good, the food was average but the rooms were nice and clean and bathroom was also very nice and big. The only drawback is parking is not available. Overall very good experience.

The plus point is courteous staff. The negative point is: 1. Kitchen services are poor 2. Morning services starts at 8 am onward s even for tea etc.

Apoorva guest house is a neat, clean and comfortable stay in the heart of ayodhya. All important places are conveniently located in the near vicinity.

Good stay, a budget property with nice staff and clean rooms. Owner also helpful. Just one suggestion to Apoorva Guest House to give breakfast early.

Rooms are clean and tidy but size is little bit small. Service is good, attending staff is polite and co-operative.

No cupboard and intercom in the room. Suppky of light was not proper property was neet n clean but size of bathroom was not sufficient

Cooperative owner and staff. Simply on the basis of payments you made for your stay, do not expect luxury. It is boom time for ayodhya. Let the owner enjoy. Otherwise it is o. K.
