Good supporting staff, good food, hospitality was good liked it, first of all this property is not a Apple Flower this is an absolute home and the people managing are true gem i can’t articulate how good human beings they are ! the night we reached Apple Flower after that my wife was so ill that we had to admit her to the hospital and she was in the hospital for the next 3 days as it was very severe as i was alone there in manali they didn’t made us feel i am alone from taking to the hospital to staying with me providing their own warm clothes, own cooked foods to the hospital, taking followups every hour like family ! at last they refused to take our food bills as a kind gesture ! thanks wont be enough to saurabh ji & seema ji. I will be ever grateful to them !

Everything was good location was superb every room has balcony which is actually you need in these places best affordable property i have found in unbeaten price only cons are is very limited amenities you will get some issues i have faced room wasnt cleaned properly no housekeeping services they have provided till my stay. There is also a big issue for transportation from Apple Flower to others places literally you need to find a vehicle where they can drop you which the fare they ask is very high i only suggest you can come with your vehicle if you are taking hotles on this side. Hotel staff is actually very good more familiar and humble they will listen you and request with warm smile

It was a good experience from starting till end - from picking up from the spot to roaming around point one - dont have to go any other shops for scooty/ bike rent, they have their own bike/scooty in affordable prices point two- staffs are great and helpful, friendly, any query by us solved within half an hour point three- no problem in travel-ling far distance like atal tunnel, koxar, sissu they will provide their cars affordable prices point four- best place and view from rooms point five - rooms are very good, clean and affordable you can stay here and enjoy manali at your fullest

The location is in old manali, the route is a little troublesome during peak seasons otherwise the best place to be. The room had a private balcony and a 180 degree view of the mountains. The food is good, kind of like home cooked. Amenities are there but could do better. Services are superb. Specially mr. Saurabh who helped us in reaching the property and guided us throughout our stay. 100% thumbs up for a short and sweet stay.

The person(karan) managing the property was an absolute gem of a person. Not only he made sure that he explains everything he also was humble enough to share ideas and places to discover around. A little bit of issue with a strange odor coming from the washroom. Except for that some improvement in the food quality is also needed. Overall experience was amazing. Would certainly visit if the above suggestions are worked upon.

The Apple Flower was really good and people communication was also really good. They know how to serve their guests and the most beautiful thing was the view from the balcony and we really enjoyed the stay at their and whatever we asking for they were complying with the same. It was a really nice experience with them and again communication and behavior of everyone was great and everyone was very helpful and good nature.

Stay was great. Instead of heavy snowfall, they have tried their best to make their guests' comfortable. They were providing hot water, working till mid night, and what not! we have been fan of their hospitality. Instead of no electricity, we really enjoyed our stay. The hospitality was so nice that we never felt that there is no electricity, due to 4 feet snow. Salute to the efforts of team Apple Flower apple flower

I find the location is better than other locations of manali. It's away from the crowd of the main city. All the Apple Flower staff are polite and having a pleasant personality. Kashish and prince helped me a lot. Hotel rent & food price a little on the higher side. However, approach road of the Apple Flower should be improved with street lights by the competent authority.

It's a very nice experience, very polite in nature, recommended must come with your family very close to nature

Very good Apple Flower with good stuff. Helped me with everything in manali. The room was amazing and the food was tasty too.

The room was good. Average size. But it’s too far out from old manali. The road to the Apple Flower was completely broken with sewage pipe all out on the road. Hence, you’ll have to either take a cab from them or a bike from them at a higher price. The staff were good though.

The stay was nice, at a very good location too. Rooms were spacious and clean. Owner were responsive, the food was good too. The only 2 issues we faced were (1) slow wifi, (2) and there was no power backup. However the powercut were not that frequent

Good service and stay well being for the guest location is ok and breakfast was also ok its an ok with good service

The rooms are spacious and are exactly as shown in the images. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Stayed there for one night. Place is good.
