Apple inn service apartment

I had reached the hotel at 10 pm, my late arrival intimation was given to the caretaker by me in advance. The room initially offered was a small room, which I was not comfortable with. I was also told that the room will have to be changed on 3rd day of our stay due to some other booking. I had called for assistance. I informed the lady on phone, that I am not willing to shift the room midway. I learnt that she had instructed the caretaker to cancel the booking. The lady did not respond to my calls after initial discussion. To my luck, I was offered alternate room for continuous 3 nights stay, thanks for this gesture.

Value for money. The place we stayed was a 3 BHK apartment which was well maintained and spacious. It had all the requirements of home such as stove, fridge, washing machine, water greasers and good bed a. Room we stayed was little small. However there were 2 big rooms available in the same house but when requested they said some other guests occupied which was not true. They could have easily offered the spacious room which could have made us more happy.

Hi. We are stayed for four days. Room and all the facilities are excellent. Service was very good ball a care taker he was attending well and thank you for owner also will refer this apartment for all my friends' relatives.

Easy to locate, neat and clean, safe, friendly staff.

Due to on cleanliness, didn't try anything.
Dirty kitchen, insects in kitchen, didn't like to stay again or refer to anyone, very bad experience over all.

Very nice dealings from staff. Moreover very silent and safe place for those who are visiting in the hotel. Other thing under this room charge it is very much worth.

Location is not very bad rather it can be told as good. Since food is not supplied so question of quality of food is not coming in picture. Cleanliness is good. Staff response is good.

Worst ever.
Worst service, had to cancel the stay at the last moment. We traveled from Bangalore and had to wait on the road Cz no one was picking call for an hour then the apartment guard called some one to help us. The person who took us to room was sleeping inside the room all dirty cloths were piled up on the hall. When we asked any one staying at other room inside the flat he had no idea about it as we are only 2 girls taken the room we got suspicious and left with no choice. When we called support for help the person name Saurabh spoke very badly he was not listening our concern he was shouting at us for reporting our concern this was the 1'st time I called to support for a help and this was very bad experience.

Loved a lot.

First of all it was very difficult to find out exact location of Apple Inn knowing the fully. Even the person standing just below the premises does not have any idea about Apple Inn .Over all it is a satisfactory stay. Location is good for persons having work or business interest with companies at high technology city. Bit away from the main Hyderabad city. Other wise location is good. Food is not available in Apple Inn. Availability of food is not very good nearby.
Overall good. Bathroom exhaust not working. Deluxe room is spacious but standard air-conditioned room size is too small. Caretaker not available maximum time.

Totally it is good to stay for family trip. Good maintenance. Clean room. Better service. Everything is accessible very nearby like from shopping to entertainment. It is worth for money staying in this place
