Aquatica Water Theme Park and Resort

The location was a little away from the city, but very accessible. Restaurant staff insists on paying bills then and there itself, they wont allow you to bill at the checkout. The room telephone was not working, but mobile numbers of the concerned were provided. The reception and restaurant mobile numbers often go unanswered. Staff is hesitant to provide the complimentary water bottle on the second day of stay. Food was not upto the mark. The breakfast buffet will have almost the same items every single day. Wifi was not connecting. The water rides are good. The ride staff looks totally disinterested in their work. Overall it is good for 2. 5k per day.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Aquatica Water Theme Park and Resort. Everything about the Aquatica Water Theme Park and Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Unexpectedly a great stay, my earlier impression of aquatica was that the water park is dirty & the rooms must be third class but then saw their latest clean pictures. Spacious well maintained rooms, a very clean & fun water park food was also very good, again unexpectedly best was the waves, better than nicco parks. Overall, a great staycation

the facilities accomodation and staff of Aquatica Water Theme Park and Resort was cooperating and very much good. although overall the functional was smooth from chekin to stay. I stay for a long time uto a 5 days , I fell safe, comfortable and everything was such a great 👍. Thanks to Aquatica. definately again I will visit for a long stay

The location was a little odd route. food and amenities and services were very good. Every staff member was very polite and helpful cooperative. Well maintained perfect for the weekend in Kolkata with family and friends.

All good. Except for the mosquitoes at this time of the year. But they helped me to sanitise the place. I like the place. Good place for group activities. Lonely for a couple at night.

Gr8 location and staff were very cordial. room was also clean and arranged. just an advice for Aquatica Water Theme Park and Resort management and that is to provide slippers in the rooms.

Good service, good hospitality, good food, neat and clean property. Staff behavior is good. Overall good experience.

Location was kind of remote but very peaceful that is what i was looking for. Hotel staffs very very polite. All in all i am satisfied with my stay.
