Property location is prime site. Amenities is are good except fridge and tv is not working. Swimming pool is clean

No wifi at all, blanket towels are not provided, no soap dental kit provision, no chairs provision, lift not working at all time. Room cleaning not done on 2nd day.

the property is nice n clean.. but it's old property so u get feeling of heritage it's 20 minutes walkable from Calangute beach they don't serve food. services can b improved a Lil.. d owner of d property is a gentleman.. and at ur service.. so overall gud experience

I had a wonderful experience at this Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

very discouraged behavior and disgusting property rooms and its security. very, very bad maintenance of the property. There is no locking system to the maindoor nor to the balconies or bathrooms either. I suggest not to boom such properties. Lastly, I wonder how Makemytrip is accepting such property without any proper prior check or validation of the property. Rooms images shown on makemytrip are different from actual property. Property does not have even a designated property name to the building/property.

The Host, Mr. Vibhor Gupta was very supportive and helpful. Rooms needs a makeover though. Some issues with switches and taps etc. Lift also is very old and has damaged floor. Scares people inside . But yes kitchen is well equipped as offered and one can comfortably stay for a week or so. A washing machine in working condition was expected, it being a service apartment, but was not provided. Rest is a good and nice place to lack’s car parking. Two wheeler parking is available.

I had a very comfortable stay Beach was walking distance and the market and eating joints were all around. A great family place. Also it was great value for money. Tx Casa Philomena. Will visit again

Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen is not fully equipped, making it challenging to prepare meals comfortably. 4. Laundry Facilities: washing Machine is not available

It’s worst experience, loss of money pathetic service, wifi connection not available, tv not available in the room, sink was choked, cockroaches is in kitchen and very dirty kitchen area, parking not available and swimming tank is also cleaned

Excellent Stay. Top Notch cleanliness. Modified 2 BHK accommodates large families. Attached bathrooms. Superb hospitality by the caretaker. All in all, a Great Deal!

My experience was bad at casa philomena goa in the room there is no dressing table and not proper lights and the tap in bathroom were broken.

Hotel cleaning staff behaviour was not good, kitchen equipment was not provided

The place was perfect for us as we needed the kitchen. There was most of the things which we needed like induction, microwave, washing machine, utensils etc. the location was good as well, just 10min walk to the beach. Few things that could be improved is some utensils didn’t work on induction and some were too thin, also you have to park 200mts away which is chargeable (upto 300rs a day), property is bit old and sofa chairs inside room were very old…

Wonderful luxury spacious stay with all essential facility available in the room also property is located at centre location in north goa. Host(vibhor) is very polite, humble and responsive.

The location of apartment is very good. Near to calingut n bhaga. The owner is very comparative. Good for family

The owner asked us to check out before the check out time 12pm. We checked out by 10am. The fittings in washroom were broken and water can provided had water which cannot be used. The caretaker goes off by 4pm and overall experience was okay as there was no spare washroom to get fresh after checkout the owner gave us a washroom from other room on requesting multiple times. The property has a swimming pool and ac was there in room. Overall experience was okay as we are thankful to get a room in the rush weekend of goa.

It is very clean and tidy, well decorated and spacious giving off a cozy and welcoming vibe. The apartments are well maintained, sweet and friendly staff. The location is very convenient, walking distance from good restaurants and the beach. The host is very responsive and proactively helped us with plenty of suggestions to spend our time in goa. Not only so he went extra mile to offer us an early check in as we arrived much before the check in time. I will prefer to stay there if i visit goa again.
