AR Residency

Very good hospitality. Kind reception staff. They could improve on - hygiene of pillows / bedding. We requested for extra pillow and while the covers were all clean, the pillow fibre had strong infection of mould. It was apparently stored in a closed space which made it prone to fungus. We had an allergic reaction to it. Even their kitchen had hygiene issues which we highlighted and they were quick to acknowledge. Whether they react to it - it is a different story. They are around 5-10 min walk from the main street. Not bad for chennai.

Hotel rooms were near & tidy.Support staff led by Mr Sundar excellent . However very disappointed with worst WI FI in the rooms and bad network connection ( Airtel & Jio) Had to do all my work in the AR Residency lobby or in the driveway , which is not acceptable . Please improve on these two , then it will be better experience

It was an excellent stay at the AR Residency. Staffs were good professional and kind. Room was good and clean. Also bathroom was clean. Place of the AR Residency was calm and clean. Only one that i could see which was need to update is room main has little gap in bottom. Apart from that that was a pleasant stay

A good stay in chennai metropolis at an affordable rate. Room, service, toilets are upto the markka peaceful area in the midst of busy city. Highly recommended for budget friendly persons.

It was a very good stay. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, hassle free check in also extended by stay for 3hrs for a minimum charge. Location is prime within the main city.

The AR Residency room was clean, nice and spacious it was a pleasant stay i did not expected this much really happy with this AR Residency.

The rooms are clean, staff friendly and the location at the city centre and one can easily commute to other areas of the city.

Peaceful, neat, homely surroundings and walking distance to pondy bazaar. I would love to stay here on my next trip.

The property is at a very convenient location. There are lot of food options around the property. They also have a restaurant. Friendly staff. Ample car parking
