AR Residency

the ambience and behaviour of the staffs were really awesome the rooms were cleaned with sanitizer immediately after the previous people went and the only problem was that the restaurant in the AR Residency was not good They need to develop the hygiene and ambience. the main PROBLEM that is faced was i stayed in room 308 in that the ceiling was damaged through water like the paint from the ceiling is literally falling in the bed while sleeping they need to change that kinda stuff other than that the AR Residency is completely value for money

Very good hospitality. Kind reception staff. They could improve on - hygiene of pillows / bedding. We requested for extra pillow and while the covers were all clean, the pillow fibre had strong infection of mould. It was apparently stored in a closed space which made it prone to fungus. We had an allergic reaction to it. Even their kitchen had hygiene issues which we highlighted and they were quick to acknowledge. Whether they react to it - it is a different story. They are around 5-10 min walk from the main street. Not bad for chennai.

Hotel rooms were near & tidy.Support staff led by Mr Sundar excellent . However very disappointed with worst WI FI in the rooms and bad network connection ( Airtel & Jio) Had to do all my work in the AR Residency lobby or in the driveway , which is not acceptable . Please improve on these two , then it will be better experience

A good stay in chennai metropolis at an affordable rate. Room, service, toilets are upto the markka peaceful area in the midst of busy city. Highly recommended for budget friendly persons.

The property is at a very convenient location. There are lot of food options around the property. They also have a restaurant. Friendly staff. Ample car parking

Good stay Have to allocate the room as per the booking. Seeing some discrepancy for room allocation.

The rooms are clean, staff friendly and the location at the city centre and one can easily commute to other areas of the city.

Great location. Good stay but road near the entrance gets flooded during heavy rains. Room service could be improved though

The AR Residency room was clean, nice and spacious it was a pleasant stay i did not expected this much really happy with this AR Residency.

Location is quite good and walking distance to major shopping destinations. Rooms are very clean. Staff is super helpful.
