The property has 5 floors with more than 200 rooms. Some of them were ac whereas some are non ac. Interconnected room is the best option for a family having 4 - 6 members. The AR Residency is situated vey near to the sea but however the view is not visible from room as well as terrace. It is situated inside a small street but having a medium sized car parking area filling 6 - 8 cars. The rooms were hygienic and clean with soft bed sheets and towels. Hot water and restroom kit is available inside the restroom. The air conditioning fecility was so good. The compliment breakfast was so good and had a excellent menu overall the AR Residency was so good and preferable to families

The property access through cars are very easy during non season time but it's quite complicate during season time because of the crowd. But however you can access to the sun raise point, boating ticket booking office and bagavathi amman temple by walk itself. They are having covered car parking area within their property and common open parking area is less than 150 mts. Rooms are value for money, my family people loved the interior ambeans of the rooms.

A neat and basic budget AR Residency. You can stay there overnight for a good sleep and refreshing yourself. If you choose breakfast, you are issued a coupon, taken to another AR Residency's restaurant which is about 200 metres away. The less said about the quality of breakfast, the better. Don't include breakfast while booking your stay. Walkable distance from the important tourist spots.

Ar residency is a good one for a short stay. Room and bathroom were clean. It takes sometime to get the ac gets cooler. But it works. Some pain points are no car parking, no meals provided with the AR Residency. No restaurant attached to the ar residency but you can find a lot of veg restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend for a short stay at affordable price.

My parents stayed here….. they really loved the AR Residency…. Great location… big spacious rooms, good size bathrooms…. Clean…. Fresh feeling AR Residency… staff very helpful….what else to say my parents extended there stay in kanyakumari for 1 day just to relax a bit from there long journey of suthern india…..all kudos to the AR Residency….

Rooms are good and staff is helpful. Walking distance to sunrise point. Hot water and clean towels provided. We have 4 rooms booked for 2 nights overall it was a comfortable stay. Only suggestion is to do good pest control as we had seen some cockroaches in the room. It's total value for money what we paid.

I booked multiple rooms for 2 nights. They supported well for checkin process. But they don't have room service like buying food from outside restaurants and all but we can fine the restaurants at walkable distance. Value for the money. They can provide dental kits along with the soap. But we love the stay.

Plea-sent stay, good location, clean and spacious rooms, nearer to all the visiting landmarks, management cooperative. No resturant attached with the AR Residency but nearby AR Residencys are serving least priced, tasty foods.

Good stay with necessary amenties, rooms are very neat and clean including bathroom, walkable distance to beach, staffs are very helpfull, overall best stay option within budget

I had a great experience during my stay. The room was exceptionally neat, clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail in housekeeping was evident, making the environment comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a clean and well-kept accommodation.

The place is awesome if you compare the price. Very neat and clean. New property. Great bath space etc. In busy season parking could b little tricky. For me would give 10 on 10 for the stay

The stay at ar residency was good. Even the water was almost good, in the sense, it tastes like normal water (not salty. The only problem i faced was that the ac in my room was not working properly. It got cut off after every 5 minutes and the remote was not working.

Sunrise point is walkable from the AR Residency. Breakfast is average. Over all it a good stay for one night

The room was neat and clean. The staff were helpful and kind. The receptionist also helped in getting a cab for site visits.

Our stay is good on the whole. Except few corrections in future stay should be made. Hotel didnt have their own food, loose toilet seat, no water bottles daily,

Good amenities, whatever i require for a good stay was available in the room. Location was also on tourist point that made it easy

The AR Residency location and building amenities are very good. Only draw back is, it is not provided with a restaurant and we had to attend another restaurant which is 200 m away from the AR Residency. If room service is provided with sufficient staff, the AR Residency would be excellent.
