I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by sudha from kolkata during our arrival, check-in, and check-out process. The entire staff was consistently welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Additionally, my compliments to the restaurant team for their attentive service and to the chef for the delicious meals. The pool was great, although i would recommend more frequent water filtration. The gym was impressive, featuring well-maintained and high-quality machines. Our room was spacious and provided all the comforts we could ask for. However, the bathroom could benefit from a more spacious design.

Very nice AR Suites Jewels Royale-Koregaon Park NX its very spacious almost o one bhk rooms are spacious well maintained. Each room has hot plate microwave refrigerator and cooking equipment like pot n ceockery in case u want to cook anything there are 2 television one in living other in bed room u can easily accommodate 4 persons with extra bed which is available at negligible price it has swimming pool n gym spacious parking is available food quality is also delicious overall 5 star rating and place of frequent visits in pune very close to koregaon park mundhava mg road and airport

Right from the check in to check out everything was so smooth and fast. They give us early early check in too. Staff was very courteous. Service was prompt. Cleanliness is top notch. The only thing i want to mention is. As there's smart tv in every suit they don't provide all normal tv channels. U have to call to reception and tell them to add channels. Breakfast was not that lavish and largely spread but whatever they have is enough. Overall wonderful stay. 5/5

No issue of safety. Hygiene was mentioned throughout the AR Suites Jewels Royale-Koregaon Park NX -room, bathroom, cafe, swimming pool etc. I would like to mention especially that -the staff was helpful and very much welcoming.

We booked premium studio with balcony which is a 1bhk. Stay went well. Special thanks to the reception staff sudha who intervened and solved our problem. Spacious, well maintained & clean rooms. Polite staff. Nice & convenient location. Easy to travel to airport. Certain items were missing like hair dryer and electric kettle was not working. But those are only minor issues which can be rectified. Food is okay but safe.

I am here with my family for a business trip for 1 day but extended by stay to 3 days overall & the experience is awesome. Food is good, rooms are clean as well property has facilities such gym and pool too rooms are very neatly maintained by housekeeping staff : archana gaikwad she is very sweet and helpful in nature, her prompt respond to our needs is best to see in service industries. A great experience altogether

Excellent staff at the front desk, they catered to my requirements, they offered me an upgrade since it was a special day for me. I really appreciate that. The ground staff are extremely humble and i just love the vibe and the whole experience of ar suite. You have one loyal customer going forward. I will definitely recommend this for all.
