AR Suites KLJ Square

This is an amazing property along with staff they are very humble very sweet and caring, I would like to add some names to those who assisted me Ms. Sunita , Mr. Akshar and Mr. Dammy thapa without these people I cannot make my stay memorable, So Special Thanks to Ms. Sunita and the front team.

The check in and checkout was smooth but the night manager was not helpful at all . I was on single occupancy and my guest was with me and after a while i got a call from reception saying apke guest kab jayenge moreover I made a simple request to décor the room with some flowers and a cake and I asked him if there is any charges i will pay. But he said hotel don’t have this facility. In a city like gurgaon how come you don’t have in-house bakery and housekeeping for flower decoration. I managed it all by myself.

Stayed for 2 days and had a great experience. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. The staff was always alert and very helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Fazil for being extremely supportive and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The property was totally worth the value and the interior of the rooms is minimalist, subtle and very effective. The services were up to the marks and food in the Cafe Breeze was delicious. I definitely recommend this.

The room was ultra luxurious, clean and very lively. The staff was very cooperative and forthcoming. The food from the hotel’s restaurant was also very delicious.

Clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Great option if you have business in the area. But it's a little away from the hustling & happening areas of gurgaon

Good location good room. Stayed in king studio with balcony. Kitchenette was nice. Food was good. Flush had a slight problem which was solved. Breakfast had a limited menu but was good. Overall good stay near hyatt regency

I found it too expensive for the services they are providing i called them at exactly 11:00 pm for breakfast timings were 7:30 to 11 i guess they simply just refused at 11:00 itself. I came from canada and we were both jet lagged because of the time zone change so we woke up late but still at 11 they could have delivered the food and spent 10k per night whereas at other hotels if i go i would have been provided one lunch as well. Not happy at all with the services that they provided

I had an exceptional stay at ar suites kjl square, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and leisure experience! the studio apartments are modern, spacious, and impeccably maintained, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. But what truly sets ar suites apart is the outstanding staff. Every single person i interacted with was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure i felt welcome and supported. Special mention must be made of mr. Ajay and ms. Shweta, who were absolute rockstars! their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable.
