Worst stay, overpriced and unsatisfactory. This hotel did not deliver the expected level of comfort and quality. Bathroom door did not close properly and the ventilation was open. Bed was bit hard and used bed-sheet and pillow covers were given. The blanket which was given was kind of dirty and used. No cover on it. We asked for blanked cover and the receptionist said we don’t provide covers on the blanket .Too much loud noise outside. It was hard to sleep.

It was good for us. Tje batjroom was so clean and room was well set and the ambience wa so nice

Room was good & neat. Enough spacious with Tv and other amenities. Bathroom was clean. Staff service can be improved. A complementary mineral water could have been better.

Linen and towels may be in white colors. Soaps also. Food we have not taken. Location is fine. Parking spaces limited to four cars.

Had a very bad experience with the stay. The main problem was the main switch for the room was on the corridor and someone turned it off from outside, also they unnecessarily knocked and tried to open the locked door for early check out and something else

The room was very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with my needs. The hotel is also conveniently located, within walking distance of many attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting

Arackal inn was a very pleasant hotel. The room was very clean, neat and tidy. The reception staff was very nice and talkative. Even the bathroom was cleaned and had a good smell. Overall had a plea-sent experience. Looking forward for the next stay.

No lift. Need to carry luggage 2 floors, no support staff. Smell of smoking. We are unable to adjust ac temperature. Took 2 rooms
