Lack of training in the staff and even after they are told of something no one is responding even after telling 3 times which surprised us. Requires attention on breakfast which was so so. Overall, it was a good experience. There were certain places where it needs improvement, specially for in-room amenities like fridge. It was not working and even after requesting, the issue was not solved. Breakfast was delicious, served hot and made to order unlike many other hotels.
