Aranya Jungle Resort

We stayed in Aranya for a night during our trip to Gorumara. It is a nice resort located at the heart of Lataguri. It's only a km from the forest office from which gypsi safari bookings are done. It can be reached by going left from Lataguri bazar. The resort is very tastefully constructed. Well manicured gardens. Beautiful rooms and even a watch tower with spiral Staircase! One will have a pleasant feeling right upon entering. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They have all the basic amenities expected like TV, geyser and WiFi. Both A/C and non A/C rooms are available. Food is pretty tasty and reasonably priced. Service is prompt. However one should not expect any fancy dishes. Staff are well behaved. Manager is very professional and helpful. He can help you with your trip planning and car booking. I suggest try booking as early as possible rooms are in high demand. Overall a very nice place to stay. Highly recommended!

The Aranya Jungle Resort is very conveniently located close to the booking counters of jungle safari and watchtower tours. Food is excellent in taste but a bit overpriced. Also the cards cannot be used for payment for signal issues as per the reception staff and the nearest ATM was not functioning. It would be wise to carry cash. Room service for meals is too slow and needs to be improved upon. There are regular totos plying for passengers. A good option to stay at fantastic doors. Would surely recommend.
The room was good except that the intercom was out of order. Every time I had to go to the reception for calling room service.

I stayed in this resort for 2 days.. The day before check-in when I was travelling to Lataguri, a cool and calm voice called up and he was none other than "Mr. Hiralal", the manager and heart of the resort.. His courtesy and politeness over the call to confirm our stay was so good that our expectations rose to a new level. The next day we reached the resort. The best thing about the resort is its tongue tangling and tasty bengali cuisine food which just won our hearts. Overall a beautiful stay..

The location of the Aranya Jungle Resort is just next to the Safari ticket booking counter. The quality of rooms in the Aranya Jungle Resort is worth praising and the food is very tasty. The staff is nice and the Aranya Jungle Resort has a watch tower where you can have snacks and drinks while enjoying the view of the jungle! Overall the stay was perfect. Cost of rooms is slightly on the higher side as cheaper options are available nearby. This place is best for family crowd!

I have stayed at Aranya Jungle Resort during my trip through Dooars region for my safari in Gorumara NP to see rhinos. Hotel is located on the main road at five minutes walking distance from the ticket counter. This resort has a nice green garden where are located the cottages, also restaurant is offering different veg and nonveg food. Rooms are clean. Also car parking is inside the gates. But no WiFi internet connection available.

It was a very short stay. Just one night but we have experienced with best of their services. We are delighted by their hospitality starting from check in to check out. Specially mentioned Mr. Halal and all service stuff are very cooperative and prompt in service. Food was amazing and I would recommend if anyone travelling to Dooars should stay in this Aranya Jungle Resort for food at least.

All excellent, beyond mention. Its an excellent Aranya Jungle Resort to stay at Lataguri. It is a home away from home. Nothing to say all outstanding including service and behaviour. All impressions are beyond writting, food, service, behaviour. Anybody stays there once cann't stay other Aranya Jungle Resorts only for behavoiour and reception.

We had a wonderful stay at Aranyak Resort. It has a nice ambience, located adjacent to the forest on the highway. All the staff are friendly and ready to help. The manager helped us to book the Jungle safari. The food was very good and very hygienic. I highly recommend this Resort to people visiting Gorumara National Park.

The location of the resort is excellent as it is just opposite the Jungle and very close to Jungle safari ticket counter. The food is just awesome and very well serviced.

The food was delicious. The rooms were wonderful. The Resort was very much clean. I must say it was the best Resort I had ever visited

Behaviour of staff is appreciable .. Tower is very good place to gossip .. One drawback, rooms are very cold due to gap in glass doors ..

The food is awesome here .. And service is also nice .. I stayed here for only 1night. But I'm very pleased with the resort .. And want to visit as soon as possible. Really the food is mouth watering.

We stayed there for two days and it was a memorable stay as for the first time we did not face any issue in the Aranya Jungle Resort. Location was nice. Staff was friendly and food was simple and best. Jungle safari is near and it is best stay for family and couples.

Excellent service, accommodation and foods. The resort is located in a very nice place near market area and jungle. Manager including staff are very helpful. Manager suggested us with tour ideas. The Aranya Jungle Resort rooms are very clean with affordable price and this Aranya Jungle Resort has a watch tower.

The resort is adjacent to Gorumara. Nice view, friendly staff, clean room, good food.
