A perfect place to stay with family. All staff members of this Arco Hotels and Resorts have somehow developed a peculiar habit of responding to every request with a smile. We stayed there for 5 days with our 1 year old daughter & not a single request of ours regarding baby food etc went unanswered. Food quality is so good that we preferred having our dinner at Arco Hotels and Resorts only. Property is very neat & clean. Ambience is very good. Services are very prompt & efficient. Highly recommended for a comfortable & memorable stay !

We had a 5 star experience in this wonderful Arco Hotels and Resorts. Rooms are really spacious with a comfortable seating besides the bed. Very prompt room service. Food was excellent and very home style. I have stayed in a few other Arco Hotels and Resortss in srinagar, but this was the best

The location was outside the city, little isolated from main market. The Arco Hotels and Resortss ambience was very, staff was very good and honest. The rooms were neat and clean. Need little more of indoor activities. Pool area and gym was well maintained. Food was tasty and hygiene

Staff is very polite and hard working toward customer satisfication.. 🫶🏻 Just Loved d place........... Umar Malik & Sureya at reception are very supportive ... Azra and Ishwaq , Basharat at Restro are aeriusly dedicated toward work .. Azra at Restro in really cute though 😍

It was a very comfortable stay at arco. The staffs neelofar, and others were extremely courteous and hospitable. The food was decent and the property is very well-maintained. It's a 15 mins drive from the airport. Overall a pleasant experience.

Only the location. It’s far from dal lake, also it’s surrounded by crpf barricades on both sides which makes it difficult to go out of Arco Hotels and Resorts at odd timings. Rest 5 stars to hospitality, food and everything else.

Location was great, Arco Hotels and Resorts ambiance was beautiful, humble staff, immediate service offered. On arrival we were offered kava speciality of kashmir.

The Arco Hotels and Resorts is newly built and the staff is very curtius. Food is good and the spread is up to the mark.

Hotel is new and very good i want to near airport with budget i chooses this one this par level with lemon tree and radisson

Hardly 15 minutes drive from dal lake, food was excellent, staff was very hospitable and overall stay was very comfortable.
