We take your feedback with the utmost seriousness, and please know that immediate corrective measures had being implemented: Main Door Lock – The Door Lock Key Is Electro magnetic and should be kept away from your Mobile Phones. Room Amenities – The non-functional tea kettle has been Checked, and we are reinforcing room checks to prevent such oversights. AC Installation Issue – We are reviewing the installation of AC units across rooms to ensure full functionality. Toiletries – Standard toiletries are now being double-checked before guest check-in, and staff are being retrained to respond promptly to guest requests.
