The stay was ok. Rooms were very small. Even though budget could have been better also premises could have be more cleaner. Food was good. Staff was very courteous. Overall ok experience nothing wow.

Terrible stay- I don’t know how they’ve got good reviews online. If you prefer cleanliness/hygiene or any basic facilities- don’t go this as all. Hotels charging 1500 will provide better facilities than this. I waited for 2 hours almost for hot water, initially they told it’s a room specific issue so asked them to give me buckets but they couldn’t provide. Washroom are very small and had a bucket with a hole. Other issues: Dust on the bedside telephone Blood stains on the towels provided Cobwebs in the balcony Broken chair in the balcony

There was a very good atmosphere there..It was one of our favorite stays we have ever been to..It was very neat and clean..The room facilities were very good..We could order and eat the food we liked..The room service was very good..There was a nice pool and a small kids area for the kids to play..They provided all the facilities..If anyone wants to go to Munnar, we will suggest this resort.
