ARIENA The Boutique Hotel

Stay was good but they were not provided drop facility only pick up they did as it was included in my voucher but they denied. So much amount i spent for just one day of booking so that i can avail all the services but i don’t have as such. As a customer what we see we book it and have to suffer in between. However mm t helped in resolving the issues but ARIENA The Boutique Hotel are not ready to accept, this is all mess actually. I suggest to all unless you are confirmed with the booking & their services don’t confirm the booking because later we only have to face everything once the payment done also no one will entertain you. Check thoroughly and come to the final process.

The property is quite approachable at any point of the day by cabs or public transport, food is ok, the breakfast spread requires change taste as well as menu. The restaurant staff needs to be trained on hygiene and appropriate manners. The cleanliness was above par, service of housekeeping is good. The room is quite spacious. The bedding requires change, particularly the bed sheet, pillow covers.

Very conveniently located. Shall take you 20 minutes to the airport and easy to complete your work in the city too. Do not expect this ARIENA The Boutique Hotel to have all the frill and fancies of a big ARIENA The Boutique Hotel; however its clean, great service and good food. Ideal for a business traveller and families for a short stay in raipur.

Very competent staff, cooperative, food is very good service is excellent. Rooms are specious. Staff are very polite. Mr bimal is so supportive and takes care of all f n b need.

The rooms are great. Near airport. However, one issue is cockroaches. This can easily rectified with pest control. Hope ARIENA The Boutique Hotel does this regularly.

The location is very good since all the branded shops are nearby and also near the market. Bf menu is always the same. They don't change the menu.

Rooms are excellent. There were a few small cockroaches , but overall it was nice. Staff is very co operative and humble.

It was not a visitor's delight of course but yes! it was good and comfortable. A clean and nice property. Average restaurant, good rooftop lounge. Cooperative staff.

Rooms were clean and fresh. Stay was super comfortable. Morning Breakfast was well prepared and healthy.
