ARIENA The Boutique Hotel

The stay was great and the location was perfect, even the welcome was very warm. But the food service was terrible. I ordered food at 10 pm and even after 1 hour of not delivering the food, i called them and they said "they forgot. Then the sent the food after 10-15 mins, we finished at 11:30 pm but we need more to fill our stomach, so we called again for ordering additional but they said no food available, restaurant's closed for service. Then we complained about the delivery time but eventually they agreed to deliver, but everything else was very good.

Hotel has very good interiors. Rooms were spacious, well maintained and cleaning done carefully. Room service given was very very good and the hospitality was good. But not helped for early check in, had to pay extra. Not considered any discounts on early check in charges. Hotel amenities were also good and it is well maintained ARIENA The Boutique Hotel.

Pleasant little ARIENA The Boutique Hotel. Great value. Staff is professional and kind. Room is large with kitchenette bed is comfy. Breakfast very yummy. No complains. There is a slight humidity smell but as soon as you turn the air on it goes away. For being in the middle of nowhere it's very accommodating and comfortable. 10/10 would come again.

The property is quiet beautiful with decent rooms. The staff behavior is very good and friendly. A big kudos and appreciation to the female trainee in the front office department who arranged a beautiful towel art for me in such a short time unfortunately i forgot to ask her the name.

It was a short stay while travelling. Each and everything was awesome. Convenient location, wallet parking, lovely ambience, wonderful staff, tasty food etc. All staffs are well behaved & very cooperative. My sincere thanks to all particularly arpita mam at reception.

Ambience is attractive, and hospitality is very very good, staff service, food quality, and hygiene is very nice, overall it was a very good experience. Thank you arena boutique need to improve -there was a bad smell coming from the stairs area in the morning time.

This is not for the discount...but my overall experience was good for the stay ... hospitality was fine , th food was also good....only problem tht refrigerator was not working...and I missed dental kit in the room. Overall I m happy with the stay ......😊

The elite rooms are pretty spacious and the space was pretty well used. Plus the view was good from the room and place was really private and good food. Just the blankets and towels felt pretty re-used. So i request the staff to take care of that.

He was not going and expecting for money in room. Dis made us uncomfortable.

A cozy ambience, good for solo or business traveller. Service and food quality are good. Not much noise in spite of being located by the highway
