Well the property was really so is the room very good. But had issue with food breakfast menus were good may be all not so good but we had a lot of option so manageable. But during dinner especially on 30/12/23 ordered chicken stew but find the thing given to us could be korma, very spicy, oily and total different item. Stew know dour being less oil, no spicy light items for dinner. When complain to reception want to convince that was the stew was made like that as of i had gone there from. Any jungle and don't have any ideas fo dishes another thing required to be mention the extra mattress given to us is very bad quality, too hard to sleep which required to change immediately

Arif castles is a very cosy Arif Castles, Lucknow a stones throw away from hazratganj. The staff at the reception are excellent as well as those in the dining hall. Room service was courteous and prompt. Rooms are small but clean and cosy. The toilets are clean and good too. Only one area needs to be looked into and that is the charging sockets. Except for one none of the others were working!

Location is very convenient, near to major tourist spot like immambara and aminabad, near to gomti river also. Property and rooms are clean, well maintained and good. I have not tried food because i am fond of ka babu and biryani of tun-day kabab. The only difficulty i have faced is there is no driver's sleeping arrangement in the night. Anyway i like my stay with my family.

Room/property was clean and well maintained and calm. Near to market and food joints/restaurant. Able to get rickshaw for local visit just outside the property. Few parking spaces are available which are safe, i was able to park my car there without any issue. The breakfast buffet was not tasty though. And i wasn't allowed to check-out late even by 2 hours

Location is the only privilege this property has, no amenities are there. Bathrooms are very small, even you will find it difficult to get shaved in front of the mirror. Cleanliness is also area of concern.

There should be arrangement for single person's food. I ordered curd rice, one big bowl of rice and bowl of curd was given. The rice given was sufficient for three persons. This practical problem should be addressed.

Location and breakfast was very good. But room and wash room is small, no mineral water and iron given. Refrigerator was not working. Only one charging socket are working, my room no. Was 302

Very well located. Near to hazratganj market but away from the noise. Good service including welcome drink. Well maintained reception area and nice rooms. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Food is good.

Finding the location was easy thanks to uber. The Arif Castles, Lucknow was super clean and luxurious. All staff behavior was very helpful and professional at the same time. Daily cleaning and changing towels was an added point. Services were very prompt.
