ARK Residency

Spacious room with clean and neatness. Walkable distance from bus stand and hardly 1 kilometre from railway station. My booking included break fast. Had a delicious breakfast parcel sent to room. I met a autorickshaw driver next to residency who helped us in covering many temples in kumbakonam. Had a great memorable trip.

★Smooth Check In experience. ★Neat and clean rooms. ★Underground Car Parking. ★Suitable For Unmarried Couples, Family and Bachelors. The only Con is, the road to the ARK Residency was bit narrow. Because the Hotel is located in the Prime location, just behind the Bus Stand. So that's not a big issue.

We booked 7 rooms. Hotel is good, but maintenence is average. Ac is not working in few rooms, some plumbing problem in few rooms, locality is poor, everyone urinated in front of this ARK Residency. Reception staff is good. Suresh kumar is very helpful.

Best place to stay there as bus stand is very near. Ac is ok. Room is big enough. Hot water facility is also better. Smell from bath room and from some woolen blankets may be rectified. Reception staffs are cordial and check out is also easy one.

Rooms are well cleaned and air-conditioned, bathroom are spacious, tv available wifi avail but not have wider coverage restaurant also available. Safe to stay and near place to the kumbakonam bus stand. Near by ARK Residencys are available

The property is located just beside the bus stand and less than a kilometer from the railway station. The room was neat and clean. Staff were courteous. Restaurant is not available in the premises and that is the only shortcoming.

The rooms were decent and we got it through a last minute booking. The phone number mentioned pertains to one of their other ARK Residencys but they were kind enough to help out with the correct number. Also there is no parking

The stay was very good. We stayed for few hours, though room was very good and neat. Walkable distance from kumbakonam bus stand makes it convenient to travel around. Very nice ARK Residency situated in convenient place.

Value for the price i got. If we had a restaurant attached it would been better, since we need to out to have every time.

Overall good but room service like coffee in morning and evening can be arranged from a nearby good restaurant

At first location veey easy to access. Amenity was good to go for the budget staffs where so good

I stayed with my family and it is very safe and toilets are clean and ac rooms are comfortable. I stayed 2 days in ark residency.

Hotel staff was really polite here when compared to other part in tn. And very big rooms and bathrooms well maintained hygienic and near to all temples and the bus stand was also very nearer

Over all good experience in ark inn. Good location next to busstand. Check inn and check out process is smooth.

Very close to bus stand. Parking is available. Clean rooms. Though they don't have restaurants attached, packed breakfast they provided was very good

Stay is ok. Rest room cleanliness is not good.

The twin deluxe room was nice. Near bus stand. But i miss complementary break fast, soap, comb, shamboo and past brush. But it's value for money

Except location everything is very good, the ARK Residency location and roads are vey small driving car is very difficult

This places very very easy access from bus stand. Centre of city where we can access the full city. Amenity was good.
