Arka Villa | Entire 3 BHK Villa

Location was far away from hill station and travel on highway was risky, especially at night. Cooking facility should have added lot of value

there was no proper power back up, and no proper windows locking, no safety, due to unavailable of lights we are sitting in gallery after midnight to morning. Total waste of money.

Experience was surprisingly great the rooms were clean and the staff very supporting. They immediately catered to and satisfied all our requirements. The food at the next door restaurant was excellent.

3 bhk villa was not good for stay. There was no hygene maintain. No hot water. No lockers in the room. Above all there was plastic table for dinner. The villa i booked was having different pictures and i got different villa which was pathetic. Didnt take images

Owner of the property mr rohan gupta is not a good person. He wants only money We booked 2 month ago his property but before a week he refused to reconfirm for the same booking he told us 1st day stay at one villa and after then on 2nd day change to another one which we booked for the 2 days. He provided wrong property during check in time and next day he forced us to shift to the booked one. Overall owner is not a good person. Staff was very nice and humble.

Location of the villa is excellent. Staff was also co operative. We were here with family. We enjoyed a lot. You can also get the facility of restaurant. Overall wonderful experience.

We stayed here for 1 day, they provided us a villa with all facilities for 10 person accommodation. The villa was clean and hygienic. There is staff for us 24/7. Ark a villa has a restaurant setup which is near the villa. You can enjoy your food in a valley facing view area. We will recommend those who are visiting saputara.

It's a wonderful location and safe n comfortable stay for a family. The food is also really good. And the ambience and the villa is comfortable and well decorated. Staff is also supportive. Ambience is excellent and a lovely place for a family holiday.

Location is not good. Information is wrong zometo and other no deleverd food. Service is very bad.

It's a basic type, flush on second room was not working, even ktichen wardrobe were filled with lot of plumbing/constru/household waste material waste and smelling. Rooms were not thorrowly cleaned, good point are staff was cooperative, food was good -7/10. Overall average type, 5 are compared to quality.
